Sometimes deer, squirrels and other wild animals can be observed in the summer. There are two garden sitting areas. The house is only 20 min. from Zurich city by car.

The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

The connection to public transport is very good, so that especially the cities of Zurich, Zug and Lucerne can be reached quickly. Relax in this quiet environment in the Pfannenstiel region between Greifensee and Lake Zurich. On one side of the house you can reach the Forchbahn in a few minutes on foot, which takes you to the middle of Zurich city in 25 minutes. On the other side, a hiking trail leads to the Pfannenstiel.
