Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Hello, we look forward to having you at our farm! You'll be staying in a 1-room apartment in the outbuilding of the main house. Our farm is a 500 year old, restored Franconian farm (monument). Relax in this special and quiet home with its own kitchen and bathroom. Our dog Zahra will greet you happily, so it would be good if you like dogs and horses, because they also live here at the farm. A camper parking space is available if needed.

Karbach is easily accessible by car and you are rewarded with an equally modern, cozy and functionally furnished apartment at a very accommodating price. Private parking space right outside the door. Communication with Gisela was optimal. We would rent here again immediately.

Communication with Katrin was super easy and she was very flexible about check-in and check-out times. The accommodation is very well located: you can get to Würzburg very quickly, but at the same time the vineyards are almost right outside the door. I highly recommend anyone to book this place!

Karsten's apartment is in a wonderful, practically new condition. It is located in a small apartment building and can be entered via the small garden or via the apartment entrance. Karsten was more than helpful and really thought of everything. There were even USB storage devices and a small portable battery. The kitchen was nicely decorated. I also liked the idea of combining the WLAN code and all restaurant/bakery/etc. recommendations with QR codes in a folder. It really couldn't be better. The location in the small town is beautifully quiet. Würzburg is quickly reached and definitely worth a trip. We felt very comfortable here and would come back any time if we were to come to this area again. Thank you Karsten.
