Condo vacation rentals in Hilton Head

This is our second time staying here and we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Nick was so helpful during check in and even sent a list of restaurants locally that he highly recommended! The place is gorgeous and the view is amazing. 10/10 would stay again!

This was the perfect stay for me, my husband, and our 1 year old! I can’t say enough wonderful things about it! It is decorated beautifully, was extremely clean, had easy access to the beach, and was perfectly located on the island close to Kroger (5 minutes away, if that), awesome restaurants, and plenty of bike paths. The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to cook a meal very easily with what was there. The resort has several pools indoor and outdoor as well as a kiddie pool that was a hit with our toddler. The beach is a beautiful 10 minute walk along a boardwalk overlooking the marshes - just bring some comfy sandals as you walk to the beach and it’s totally fine. :-) We had the best time! This is our 3rd time visiting HHI and this was hands down the best rental we’ve used. We will be back for sure!

I had a wonderful stay! Julia is a great host who responded very quickly when I had a question. The condo is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The resort is well maintained and I appreciated having security and maintenance staff available if needed. There is so much to do on Hilton Head Island, I could easily have stayed another week!

This was our 4th trip to Hilton Head Island and our 2nd time staying on the island itself. LeDesa’s place was one of our favorite stays so far. The location was perfect—quiet, private, and tucked away in the Shipyard area, but still close to everything we needed. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all, even with a 2-year-old and a wagon. It was a little longer than we would have liked, but totally manageable. The home was spotless and extremely comfortable. We were impressed with how well-stocked it was—plenty of linens, towels, kitchen supplies, and cookware. It truly felt like home. We had a small maintenance issue during our stay, and the host responded immediately and had someone out to fix it right away. We felt well taken care of the entire time. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Hilton Head. It has everything you could need, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

Absolutely beautiful condo! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already talking about coming back next year! Having the beach toys, chairs and wagon to use was super helpful and made packing for our trip so much easier. The condo is located in a perfect area. 5 minute walk to beach and Coco's for food and drink. Beautiful view of the ocean fromcommunicative. We spent more time on the balcony and pool than anywhere else. 2 hours to Charleston, 1 hour to Savannah. Every restaurant was great. The rental is highly recommended by us and Maryiln was very commmicative.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb. So much to do right on site - beach, pool, pickleball, beach bar, bike rentals.. and so on! Loved that our view included the beautiful lagoon below and ocean. The pictures are accurate and the property includes beach chairs! Please note you will need to bring your own beach towels. I appreciated the security in and out, and I felt very safe. Truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Hilton Head!

Great hospitality and communication from Shannon. This is the third condo we’ve stayed in at HHI Tennis & Beach Resort, and Shannon was by far the best host we’ve had! She made sure we had no issues upon arrival and even left some toys for our children. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed or forgot to bring for our stay. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time during our vacation in Hilton Head. The gift basket was a great touch and the condo was exactly as described. It was very cozy, quiet, and comfortable for what we needed. Walking distance to trails and restaurants, the hosts also provided recommendations. 10/10 would book again!

Cute beach gem! We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Perfect for a couple, a young family, or friends, family. The space has everything needed and is comfortable. The location is fantastic. Quick walk to the beach, an ice cream shop across the street as well as several restaurants. Great porch for reading, coffee, cocktails. Would definitely book here again.

The place itself and the location were perfect and exactly as described. We'd stayed in the same building once before so knew about the nearby activities, bike rentals, convenience store, etc. This particular unit was spotlessly clean, attractive, very comfortable, and quiet, and it was extremely peaceful, especially sitting on the back deck overlooking the calm canal. The kitchen was very well equipped all around and had every possible amenity we needed (except pepper!). We had/have no complaints whatsoever. The owner was always responsive within a brief time, so our questions were answered very soon after we got in touch with him. The only thing I would suggest is that you organize any visiting guests ahead of time if possible because the guest pass situation at the gate was a bit more complicated than it needed to be. All in all, our stay was absolutely wonderful and we'd strongly recommend the house, location, and owner's management of things overall.

Our family had a great week at Mermaid Cove! The location was close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Geoff, Vicky, and Lucy were very friendly and helpful hosts. The fully fenced yard and gated dock were perfect for our puppy. Our daughter loved the hammocks. Would highly recommend to other families!

This is the best rental I ever had, extremely clean and tidy. The host provided everything we needed and I felt like at home during the stay. The host was very friendly and fast responding. Can’t think of anything that’s not positive. Well worth the money and would definitely recommend to friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Queens Grant! You can tell the hosts really put in thought and lots of work to make this home amazing. A major plus was that it was pet friendly too. The appliances were new, the home was spotless, and we had everything we could possibly need already there for us. The location was peaceful and quiet and it was steps away from the general store and a short drive to the beach. There were tons of little touches that made our stay so much greater and we truly enjoyed it. We can’t wait to go back!

This place is lovely! Absolutely recommendable *****. The place was very clean and lovingly arranged. The description and the pictures are very accurate. It also had everything you need even if you want to cook full meals. Very comfortable beds and quiet at night, perfect to have good rest after busy days. Elliott and Kylie are quick to respond, very friendly and super helpful. The location is great, very close to the beach, we could even walk there with elderly grandparents without a problem. The beach is great, not crowded and with amenities (bathroom, showers, water station, etc) Like other guests say: you'll definitely feel right at home there. We will be coming back!

Diane’s place was an excellent decision for my family of 5 (6, 3, 6 months). The beach was roughly a 10 minute was with lugging 2 wagons. She had everything we needed. Groceries were also able to be delivered right to the door from Kroger. She responded very quickly and politely. Highly recommend.

Amazing place!! We loved every second of our stay. Very clean, beautifully appointed, roomy for two people, great location. All around awesome accommodations. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our trip! It was a beautiful place to stay in and visit. Terri was very quick to respond with anything we needed. The place was clean and had what we needed! We will definitely be planning another trip here in the future.

This is a great location. I come to Hilton Head Island almost every year. This building is right on the beach. There was an issue with the AirBnB app showing this unit on the end near the ocean but the unit is actually in the middle of the building which is actually closer to the ramp for unloading and loading. Kaden was actually more helpful with this issue than the AirBnB customer service so that was amazing. We spent most of our time on the beach and visiting family so the location of the unit wasn’t that big of a deal. Kaden was very quick in responding to all my messages and very helpful to assist with anything. The condo is very stylish and clean. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

Place was great for a weekend get away. Only problem we had was the tv in the bedroom stopped working and Carolyn responded super fast to my message. Had a great time here!

This place is very well maintained, I feel very safe to stay there. Inside is very clean and homely. I enjoyed my stay. The only thing is: when we check out, the front desk girl has very unfriendly attitude and act like that she does not want to see me. After few minutes of putting up with this,I told her: “ can you be more pleasant?”. Then she said : “ I cannot hear you”. I do not understand why this is happening, maybe because I am Asian? All the guests in lobby having breakfast are white. My English is fluent and people have no trouble to understand me,FYI. The front desk girl who has bad attitude towards me is Mexican, maybe she does not like to see Asian? I really don’t understand, but I did not do anything wrong to deserve this kind of treatment. There is a man working on the raffle desk told me : “Welcome staying with us”. I said : “Thank you so much, you are very pleasant!”Then I told him what happened to me. Hopefully this will not happen to other people in future again!!!

We’ve been to Hilton Head many times, and this was easily one of the best stays we’ve had. Mike and Leslie’s place was perfect for our family of four—very comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, and in a fantastic location just a short walk to the beach. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our trip. Communication from both Mike and Leslie was excellent throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely love to stay here again!
