Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Hilton Head Island

This was a wonderful stay. The host were gracious and always communicated with us. Got to see lots of the area and surrounding places. Very peaceful, restful and fun vacation!! Would recommend and stay again.

Connie’s place was not only the perfect size and location but also just the perfect vibe. Every part of the treehouse matched what we were wanting out of our vacation and made our trip that much more enjoyable. Whether it was sitting outside drinking coffee in the morning or out by the fire at night, the view and peaceful surroundings along with the interior views created the perfect escape for us throughout our entire stay. Connie was responsive and beyond amazing with every question and help we needed. She was an amazing host and created the best space for our trip, we appreciated every big and small detail!

My friends and I were in town for a golf tournament and needed a place to stay. The accommodations met all our expectations. The owner was responsive, so we were able to get in quickly. I would love to stay there again!

Lovely space! Beautifully decorated and with modern touches and comfortable beds. We hope to return soon. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and to the general store. It’s a peaceful, quiet resort neighborhood — but so close to many things to do. Recommend the free shuttle to the beach, especially with preschool/elementary children in tow who may not feel like walking 12 minutes to the beach. Our family of 5 stayed at Rick’s place for a week for spring break and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was easy walking to the beach, very fun to play in the heated pool, biking to Coligny for food, playground. We did a cookout one night in the cabana by the pool. The kids loved the bunk bed. The easy indoor/outdoor living was a delight. The TVs and remotes worked great. I enjoyed going on runs in the morning on the beach or on the biking/walking trail across the street from the house. The house had everything we could want like a stool for our 3 year old to use the bathroom sink to plenty of pool toys, beach toys, chairs, beach wagon, etc. The house also came with a pass to Sea Pines which was an unexpected treat!

The host was fabulous and attentive throughout the booking and our stay. The home was impeccable, conveniently located and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and leisurely beach vacay!

This was an awesome stay ! Elizabeth was very responsive with questions and recommendations! She even provided my friend was flowers because we were there for her Bachelorette ! Will definitely be coming back.

When we walked into the octagon treehouse, we couldn’t stop squealing, “how cool is this?!” Kim’s home is one of the most fun and interesting stays we’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. Kim and her family obviously have natural talent for hosting because the house was perfectly furnished with practical, comfortable and beautiful furniture and amenities, which made us feel at home right away. I can’t say enough nice things about our stay. It was wonderful from top to bottom thanks in large part to Kim’s recommendations and beautiful home. FYI, our young kids were obsessed with this house. We hope to be back again!

This is our second time staying here and we love it! It is perfect for a family of three (2 adults & 1 toddler). It is in a great location with lots to do in walking distance. Thanks for allowing others to enjoy your beautiful home.

This condo was wonderful, and the location was great! It was walkable to the beach, but after a long day in the sun, the walk back felt exhausting. We really appreciated having access to the wagon and beach chairs—they made our beach trips so much easier!

Our second time here, still our favorite Airbnb! We know the location and still find new restaurants to try, love the feel of the water, the quiet nights, and the privacy. Great host! The place is always clean. Easy to access, and makes useful equipment easy to locate. We will always push to come here!

This was our first visit to Hilton Head. We’ve been to Charleston and other places in the general low-country region, but never to HHI. The Spa was the perfect spot with serene scenery that included a private natural beach which we had never experienced. It was the most peaceful, quiet, and least crowded we have ever experienced at the beach. The location was close to everything and the condo was perfect. The price was reasonable compared to other locations and met our needs exceptionally well. It is clean and the host clearly takes pride in their property which is seen with how it is managed. Furthermore, the host is quick to respond when needed. Would stay again if and/or when back in the area.

Balcony views were outstanding! We spent time each evening on it listening to the ocean and enjoying the view. We enjoyed the direct beach access. There were vendors right outside the gate with chairs and umbrellas to rent on the beach. The pool was excellent with plenty of pool chairs and umbrellas! There was a beach Tiki Bar within close proximity to the condo(a 2 minute walk)! We would highly recommend staying here!

This place was great, exactly what our family needed for our stay at the beach! Erik was responsive and proactive and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach amenitites were a huge plus. The condo is in a great, private location. Would highly recommend!

This was our 4th trip to Hilton Head Island and our 2nd time staying on the island itself. LeDesa’s place was one of our favorite stays so far. The location was perfect—quiet, private, and tucked away in the Shipyard area, but still close to everything we needed. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all, even with a 2-year-old and a wagon. It was a little longer than we would have liked, but totally manageable. The home was spotless and extremely comfortable. We were impressed with how well-stocked it was—plenty of linens, towels, kitchen supplies, and cookware. It truly felt like home. We had a small maintenance issue during our stay, and the host responded immediately and had someone out to fix it right away. We felt well taken care of the entire time. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Hilton Head. It has everything you could need, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

I had a wonderful stay! Julia is a great host who responded very quickly when I had a question. The condo is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The resort is well maintained and I appreciated having security and maintenance staff available if needed. There is so much to do on Hilton Head Island, I could easily have stayed another week!

Donna is an awesome host ! She is very thoughtful and kind and always makes sure everything is in top shape. This is our favorite HHI condo and our favorite host! Always a comfortable and wonderful experience! I’m an over packer but can relax and not pack as much for our trip because she has thought of everything! 10/10 will be back every year!!! Mike is the best host, quick to respond and eager to accommodate. When we asked a question on the app, he always responded immediately. The place was very clean and exactly as advertised. Looking forward to booking with him again!

We were only there for two nights but pleased with everything. The bikes really sold us because that’s all we wanted to do! Everything the host did made the whole trip very very smooth.

Had a great time in Hilton Head staying in this Sea Crest unit. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Grady was very helpful and informative and communicated so well. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
