Beachfront vacation rentals in Hilton Head Island

We really enjoyed our stay! Great if you’re a small family on the island for a short amount of time. Easy walk to the beach, shops and fun restaurants. Elevator helpful for hauling groceries, luggage and beach gear.

We highly recommend this Airbnb hosted by Keith! Cannot say one negative thing ! Keith was responsive within minutes, so helpful. Condo had EVERYTHING we could possibly need or want. Great location, so peaceful, close to beach. Would DEFINITELY stay again!

Lee’s condo was the perfect home base for our Hilton Head vacation! We felt relaxed, safe, and right at home from the moment we arrived. We originally booked for a week but extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave. The location is unbeatable—just a one-minute walk to a huge pool, the beach, ocean, tiki bar, and great restaurants. The condo was spotless, well-stocked, and had a gorgeous ocean view from the balcony—our favorite place to start and end each day. It was peaceful, private, and made for the most relaxing getaway. The entire property felt safe and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Lee was fantastic—always responsive and easy to communicate with. We had everything we needed and more for a perfect beach vacation. We’re already looking forward to booking again! XO

Had a great time in Hilton Head staying in this Sea Crest unit. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Grady was very helpful and informative and communicated so well. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Robert’s oceanfront oasis exceeded our expectations! It was inviting, clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious! Bed was large and extremely comfortable! The private balcony with the lovely eating table and rocking chair, provided beautiful breakfast and lunchtimes for us! Beach chairs and bikes included, made for many wonderful beach memories. Beach access was just past the beautiful large pool. There is an ocean view from the balcony and you can hear waves crashing late night as well. We absolutely loved our stay and enjoyed many sunrise walks! Palmetto Dunes is a gorgeous community with incredible seafood restaurants and beautiful shopping just a 15 minute drive or some places a 5 minute bike ride away! We plan to return to this beach haven in the future! Thank you, Robert, for answering all our questions and even accommodating special requests! My birthday celebration with my husband was an absolute treat here!

My other and I went on a vacation in Hilton Head and stayed at Philips condo and everything was 5/5! Super clean, welcoming and warm host, the beach was easily accessible, shuttle cart to the beach and many more amenities! I will definitely come back to stay!

This is a great place to stay! The condo was very nice with a good layout. It was very clean and we appreciated that there were lots of nice, fluffy towels. It was the most well-equipped place we have stayed, with every appliance you would want. There was lots to do and the complex was well-maintained. The beach was beautiful and easy to access. Would 100% recommend!

Booked this condo for a girls trip and couldn’t say enough good things about it!! Such a peaceful area, close to many activities and shopping, and steps from the beach! Had a great experience!!

We loved our week stay at this location! It was absolutely spotless! I’ve never been in a cleaner rental! The beds were so comfy! It has everything you may need. The rental is in building 4, furthest away from the ocean. So it is a bit of a walk (15 minutes) but it’s a pretty walk, and a shuttle is available. There is an outdoor pool available at building 4, and building 1. Indoor also at 2. There is a great bar/ restaurant on the beach named cocos. The beach is private to the resort, and doesn’t get too busy!

This stay was in the perfect place. Close enough to the beach to walk, and also access to other amenities on the grounds. A lot of places to go around the stay. Very comfortable in general.

My wife and I had an amazing time at Jason’s place. Having access to the Hilton’s amenities, pools, and restaurants was a game changer! We will be back, HHI!

Lovely, updated beach unit with great amenities and fantastic beach access. Unit is well furnished with very nice bathrooms and a balcony with a side view of the ocean. Top notch pool, hot tub, outdoor lawn with games, hammocks, etc. all right outside the unit. Beachside bar access was a plus. Easy walk to Coligny for dinner, grocery store, etc. (~.7mi). Host was super nice and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

The condo was exactly how Travis described. The indoor pool closed at one point during our stay and Travis messaged us to let us know what the issue was. Apparently a filtration system issue was the unforeseen cause, but there was an outdoor pool very close to us as well so my daughter was still able to swim. The condo smelled nice and was very clean. We also greatly appreciated the high chair we could use for our 6 month old for this trip.

The house was spacious, clean, and beautiful. A nice place for our family and friends to stay and enjoy the beach. Tons of space and things included to consider their guests such as toys, beach chairs, wagons, and more! I’d recommend it to any one. The hosts were also very easy to communicate with. The host was fabulous and attentive throughout the booking and our stay. The home was impeccable, conveniently located and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and leisurely beach vacay!

A perfect little place for one person or a couple. My dog and I enjoyed the home. The location was great, and Hilton Head was so nice. We loved being right next to the leisure paths, close to the Forest Retreat, and close to the beach. The location was quiet and relaxing to stay in, yet convenient to so many things on the island. I'd love to come back and stay there again. Margot was a wonderful host. It was a nice break for us.

“Mimi’s Place” was a wonderful HHI location for our last trip before sending our 2 youngest kids off to college. We loved the old school HHI beach house character & charm with all the modern conveniences one could want. An especially sweet surprise touch was the gifts we found awaiting one of our girls celebrating her birthday the day after our arrival. Finally, we also really enjoyed the 2 hours of daily pickleball and the chance to bring our new dog, who loved his first beach trip. We can’t wait to return!

I really enjoy staying at Jackie's place. This was my second time staying at her place and my third time staying in the complex. The location is great. Close to the beach, shaded patio and backyard area, centralized location, close to shopping, easy to find and great for traveling with a dog. Condo was clean, roomy, temperature was good in the condo and bed was comfortable. I really like the shaded walkway across the street. Easy to walk my dog in the middle of the day. A trolly runs every 30 minutes in the area to. And there is a restaurant/bar across the street. The condo is .3 of a mile to the beach. There is pay for parking closer. The city raised the rates for parking this year. They have signs up to pay. You just need your license plate number and a credit card.

We enjoyed our stay at Caitlin’s house. With 4 adults and 2 kids (boys ages 5 and 7), we had plenty of room to spread out. The boys loved the bunk beds and TV/room to themselves. The walk to the beach was short and easy, especially with the little wagon and beach chairs available at the house. We particularly enjoyed the pool – a nice way to relax after spending the morning at the beach. We also enjoyed the foosball table (which replaced the air hockey table in the pictures) and the video game. A great way to spend a long weekend.
