Vacation rentals in Hillaby

I stayed 5 days at Lynda's place and it was great! The apartment is as described, in close walking distance is the beach, a park, and several good restaurants. The place is clean and has AC in the bedroom. I will come again, thanks, Lynda!!

We had an excellent stay! Our host went above and beyond—when we got lost in the middle of the night on the day of our arrival, he didn’t hesitate to come find us and guide us to the property. His kindness and helpfulness made us feel immediately welcome and safe. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Highly recommend this host for anyone looking for an stress-free and hospitable experience!

This villa was beautiful! The ocean views and open living concept were perfection and Westmoreland Hills felt safe and secure. Peter and Rose were also great with communication throughout the duration of our stay. Looking forward to visiting again.

The cottage is private, not a shared space, which is great. The fire pit is a great addition to just enjoy a fire and some wine or tea. I would definitely do this again.

In one word, AMAZING. What stood out immediately was how incredible and understanding they were when flight delays got me to the Airbnb past midnight, and they were waiting for me with a smile. The house was completely as described, and the neighbors and chickens were very welcoming. The fridge was stocked with basic necessities, and they offered to prepare a welcome meal for us. Although Harriet lives in London, she was very responsive to all texts. It was a great home to come back to after a day of sightseeing, and we felt right at home. Thank you, Harriet, Katherine, and Norton, for adding to our memorable father/daughter vacation.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our week in Barbados. It was extremely close to the best beaches and restaurants in the area and it had everything we could possibly need. Ryan greeted us on arrival and showed us around. He even invited us to tag along to the local supermarket to make sure we knew where to go! Through the week, we used lots of Ryan's recommendations for places to eat and they were all fantastic. The apartment is right in between the stunning and peaceful Gibbes Beach and the livelier Mullins Beach. It was literally a 5 minute stroll to both. We really enjoyed how peaceful the apartment was as it is set quite a way back from the road. The garden is stunning and it was a pleasure to sit on the terrace with our breakfast, watching the birds (and occasionally monkeys!). The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It was pleasantly cool but had a very efficient ceiling fan and/or air conditioning if needed. Great place - great hosts!

We spent 5 nights at Talking Trees and absolutely loved it! Although we had a car, we could definitely see ourselves coming back and just relaxing here completely. Angelique’s thorough handbook was very helpful. We’d just add that the Eastside Kitchen at Andromeda Gardens is amazing & we ate there twice! We found plenty of provisions at the small grocery store and fruit-veg stands. You could also stop at a Massy supermarket before coming east if you wanted to buy more than the basics. There’s one a few km from the airport. If you want to get away from the resorts and busyness of the west coast of the island, we’d highly recommend Talking Trees!

If I could give this airbnb and host Reydon more than 5 stars I would! The airbnb is the definition of luxury. Reydon is so helpful and recommended me to the best chef, Tiffany, that prepared such a delicious meal upon our arrival. I cannot recommend this duo enough. To land in barbados and relax while you eat authentic food in a beautiful home is such an amazing feeling. Reydon was helpful in booking taxis, tours, recommendations for anything, and even picked us up himself to drive us to the atm. The location is safe! We walked to the beach, cartier, and a grocery store. I will definitely stay here again!
