The underfloor heating and a ventilation system ensure well-being. Fast Wi-Fi (100 Mbit DSL) and a large TV complete the package.

Large companies in the BB area, e.g. Daimler, IBM, Philips, Bosch, etc. can be reached in less than 20 minutes, Stuttgart city center is 30 minutes away (during rush hour up to 50 minutes).

My place is located on the outskirts of Herrenberg, a very nice historic half-timbered town. The town center is a 15-minute walk away, and a bus stop is practically at your doorstep. Herrenberg has very good connections to Stuttgart and Tübingen. A nature park with a variety of leisure activities begins right near the property. My place is very suitable for couples or families with kids, but solo travelers are also welcome.
