Loved the place, the area was quite so optimal for relaxing days and evenings. The amenities outside like the gym and the pool were clean. The house was clean and they provided us with towel for the beach too which was nice.

We just spent five nights at Daniel’s amazing penthouse in El Cortecito and had an awesome time! The place looks just like the photos, modern, clean, and really comfortable. There was plenty of room to relax, and the private Jacuzzi was definitely a highlight. It’s perfect for couples and in a great spot, close to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife, but still nice and quiet. There is construction nearby as mentioned in other reviews but it didn't affect us. Daniel was super helpful and responsive the whole time, always quick to reply and full of great local tips, everything from where to eat to how to get around. The whole experience totally beat our expectations. Whether you're chilling in the Jacuzzi or out exploring Punta Cana, this place is the perfect home base. We’d definitely come back, highly recommend!

John's apartment was perfect for the 4 of us who stayed at CDC. His place matched the photos, was comfortable and we had no issues while staying there. The area surrounding the apartment is beautiful and the views from his 3rd floor balcony are amazing. John is a great host, he's very attentive, communicates well and if issues arise, he addresses them quickly. His place is comfortable, well appointed, and the location near Altos De Chavon makes it a prime vacation spot. We enjoyed our stay and would definitively stay with him in the future.

Our stay was amazing, this location was perfectly centered near beaches and nightlife as well as a plethora of restaurants and entertainment. The room itself is beautiful and clean- looks just like the pictures. Best of all, our hoist JC was extremely helpful and kind throughout our entire stay.

This was an overall great stay. The property and the unit layout is just as is shown in the pictures. There are two(2) restaurants on property, a beach bar, a gym, a beach area, a lounge co work space and a play area for the kids. There is also a main pool, and one closer the unit. To get around the property itself, and around nearby places in Punta Cuna, you will definitely need a car. You can rent one from the host with ease. They also offer airport pick up at a cost. The host was extremely attentive, super pleasant and very helpful. He was also super responsive if I had an issue, or a question. Overall, I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Paradise found! Everything about our stay was fantastic. The apartment was perfect: easy to locate, well furnished and right on the beach. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio overlooking the pool before making our way to the beach club area just steps away. The beach had ample space, unlike the myriad all-inclusive resorts nearby, with a great view of the water regardless of where you sat. It felt like we had our own private island, even though we were close to everything! And the host, Giacomo, was awesome, quick to respond to any questions we had and provided excellent instructions both before and during our visit. He even had listings of popular activities and local attractions, as well as nearby restaurants and shops! We rented a car for our visit, which I highly recommend, and visited a fantastic restaurant in a small beachfront town nearby that we found in Giacomo's recommendation's. If you are looking for the perfect island getaway, this is the spot. We will be back!

Apartment exactly as shown in the photos, clean and tidy. Items to pass the time playing, furniture and fixtures in good condition. Excellent pool! 24-hour concierge. When we look for a vacation stay, we are apprehensive to know if the place really matches the description and you can trust that this place is exactly as advertised. No surprises and no problems!

Our stay was wonderful, we were comfortable at all times, easy to get to, equipped with everything you need. Rilquis was always attentive to everything. I recommend this place 100%. It is a very spacious, clean and very comfortable apartment.

I liked it a lot, recommended for families because it has a shared bathroom. The hostess is very friendly and proactive, she always responded and was available the whole time.

It’s was perfect! Super clean apartment and spacious in a quiet around near a bunch of restaurants! And right on the beach!!

Had a little difficulty finding it but that was really because the taxi drivers communication with some of the locals who kept sending us in circles. We texted with Romana and we were able to get it resolved. Super clean place. Walking distance to many places. Beach is directly out your door. Only the bedroom has AC. The rest of the apartment does not have AC, but with the ocean breeze you just have to leave the windows open. Overall a great experience.

Our stay at Ingrid’s place was absolutely amazing! The house was gorgeous, with a view that honestly looked like it came straight out of a postcard. But what really made the trip special was Ingrid herself—she’s an incredible host! She answered all my questions super quickly, fixed every little issue in no time, and was always there when we needed anything. Seriously, she handled everything like a pro and made the whole experience so smooth and stress-free. Need something? Ingrid’s got you! We felt so well taken care of and relaxed the entire time. I 100% recommend staying here—and we’re already planning to come back! Plus, I’ll be checking out her other listings too, because if this one is any indication, they’re going to be just as fantastic. Kevin and Hector are incredible and embody the true spirit of hosting and hospitality. They are very accommodating and helpful but not intrusive. They want to make sure you have an amazing experience, not just a place to stay. We took advantage of pre stocked groceries, in house massage, and Margarita the chef doing a traditional in home Dominican dinner, all of which were wonderful. (Especially the chef, just phenomenal.) The PS4 was an amazing addition for when we weren’t up to or able to be outside. The unit was stocked well and the beds were comfortable! Kevin has both dehumidifiers and air purifiers in the condo, both of which were super appreciated. We enjoyed dining at Noah, Drago, La Yola, and Juanillo Beach club. Juanillo is a great spot for when you want to be in a livelier atmosphere during the day. The golf cart is a must, don’t think you can skip it. Thank you both for being so kind, helpful, and responsive. If we are ever back, you will be our first choice.

We cannot speak more highly about our stay at Edwin’s condo. Everything was as described. Beautiful and comfortable. We felt like we were at home. Edwin was very communicative thru out my entire booking process as well as during our stay. We couldn’t have ask for a more gracious host. We love the easy access to the beach, restaurants and the supermarket. Everything you need is in walking distance. It was our most relaxing vacation ever. We are used to all inclusive vacations but what a difference. No schedules, no worries about claiming beach chairs, and most definitely no hassle for timeshares. We are so happy with our trip and cannot wait to return!

We loved your place so much that i would even love to buy it! Love that project, so quiet and beautiful. The pools are amazing. You feel like you are tat the beach. Everything is so well kept. I will definitely go back the next time I’m in the Dominican Republic. Thank you so much.
