Karen’s home was lovely! A great location a short walk from the beach and boardwalk, and easy to walk into downtown Ocean Grove from. Karen was an exceptional host, very welcoming, gave great recommendations, and was even flexible with a later check out than initially agreed upon. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Great location! Love the water pressure in the shower. This was perfect for my families vacation and appreciate the use of the washer and dryer to go home with clean clothes! Would recommend and stay again

Daniel’s place was great! Short walk to downtown with lots of restaurants and bars and the beach was only a few blocks away. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Asbury Park or Ocean Grove

I hesitate to say how great this place is because I want it for every time I am in NJ. With that said, this place is incredible and the hosts are the best. The description of the place may be selling it short. Most evenings involved sitting on the beach across the street watching a gorgeous sunset followed up by a quick walk or bike ride to several top notch local places for food, drinks, and fun (Al Ponte for Thursday and Friday night lobsters).

Gary's place is great and he's an excellent host. It's clean, cozy and comfortable with good beds, a great kitchen, close proximity to everything. We only used our car once during our stay to go somewhere 10 minutes away by car. You can walk to everything you'll need. Gary is very accommodating and a great communicator! Highly recommend!

My wife and I traveled for business and brought out two young daughters 5 and 2 y/o. There was plenty of space for us all to relax and enjoy ourselves. It felt like home which allowed us to relax and enjoy the area. The location is near a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and other convenience stores. The drive is 2 minutes. You can also walk about 5-10minutes to the area with restaurants. The walk is pleasant, as the neighborhood is well kept and gardening seems to be one of the primary hobbies. We spent time driving all over the shore for various reasons (work and leisure). The house was well situated and easy to travel wherever we needed. This house could easily accommodate 6 grown adults. Plenty of space and amenities to relax and unwind.

Can’t say enough great things about John’s property! Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) loved our long weekend away. The location is amazing, right across the street from the beach entrance and walkable to a couple eateries, supermarket and subway. It was spotless, spacious and just as shown in the pictures. Stocked with the basics, nice kitchen with everything we needed. We had a couple small questions and couldn’t get over how responsive and nice John and Ashley are. Also super easy check out, which was extra nice. We are already looking forward to booking a trip to come back!

Alicia was very helpful and you couldn’t beat this location. Right near the ocean and the home was as advertised. The kitchen and bathrooms were also beautiful. Highly recommend staying here!

This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.

We had a great stay! The home was exactly as described, clean, spacious, organized, and beautifully maintained. The hosts were very responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The location was convenient with great restaurants nearby and plenty of amenities. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience!

You will just love it here! The grounds are well-kept and attractive. The pool and beach were lovely. The only issue with pool area is as soon as it opens, individuals take ownership of the tables with umbrellas by placing personal items on them yet no one may be there for extended periods of time. Those tables are the only respite from the sun which makes it challenging. Additional umbrellas over the lounge chairs would help or, simply not allowing “reservations” for the day- even better. I would suggest BYO beach chairs- the ones there are not ideal although nice to have been offered. Although we always had our beach/pool badges in our beach bags, personnel were not strict whatsoever. The unit itself is neat, well-appointed, comfortable and well-kept. The sofa reclines with the push of a button but is not a sofa bed per se. There is a foldaway bed in the closet of the master bedroom but we did not use it because space was limited. So much is provided and available and the view is spectacular. It was great to use the washer/dryer for small bits of laundry. The porch outside had two anti-gravity chairs and a pretty rocking chair with small tables to enjoy. We closed the black-out drapes in the master bedroom and deck doors during the heat of the day so that it remained cooler. The rules are simple and the check-in & out are easy. Lasolas Market in Rt. 35 North in Normandy Beach was close by and a great little find - bought a beautiful sirloin at butcher shop there and used huge onsite grill behind pool area. We rented jet skis and did some crabbing at Dockside Outfitters in Seaside Heights - great place. The Rt. 35 North offered many eateries, shops and ice cream shops- The Music Man for ice cream was cute. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks are short rides. Glenn was easily reached via airbnb and answered our few correspondences promptly. We appreciated our experience and Glenn’s hospitality. Thank you!

Beautiful home and beach front property in amazing central location to shops and food. The hosts were always available to answer all questions and assist with our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and everyone had a great time. I had coffee on the deck each morning , very peaceful and great people watching and the boys had endless fun playing in the sandy yard. The house is well equipped. With large living spaces and bedrooms, beach chairs, towels, grill, and games. You will be sad to leave.

We had a great time at the house! Everything was as listed. AJ was responsive and reached out with clear instructions on check in and house tips. The location was amazing, so close to the beach, and the neighbors in the rest of the house were very friendly. We loved chilling on the porch, and the quietness of Ocean Grove with the proximity of the more busy town of Asbury only about 3/4 of a mile away is perfect! Thanks again and we wil surely be looking to book again in the future!

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the location. Elizabeth made the whole experience seamless and easy. She went above and beyond. I would put this place on the top of my list for future trips to Asbury Park. We would give it a solid 10 out of 10.

Our host Joseph, was very helpful in quickly resolving an issue with their cleaning service. He was very apologetic after we learned that their service did not complete some chores before our arrival. His hospitality extended to an invitation to use the common area pool even after we checked out. Very responsive. This time of year the property and area was quiet. We rode our bikes a short distance into Seaside Heights to ride the boardwalk. Relaxing stay with comfy bed. Clean. Nice view of the marina while enjoying your coffee on the back patio.
