Large lower balcony with 4 lounge chairs, hot tub and grill. To the side of the balcony is a fenced in yard great for pets. 9 acres to explore, a fishing pond at bottom of property, and hiking trails all around. The home has easy access to both Highlands, as well as Cashiers, NC. We are excited for guests to fall in love with the area, just as we have!
