Your private group will have plenty of room to spread out during your stay. Upstairs loft has is 1200 sqft bedroom and living room, lodge downstairs boasts an open floor plan complete with living room, kitchen, dining room, full bathroom, fireplace, and a massage chair. 2 private cabins off the back deck each with their own full bath. Behind the lodge we have a firepit with sitting area and an enclosed hot tub area with lighting and a cozy table with chairs. Parking area can hold boats and Rv's.

A cozy living space features vintage knotty pine walls and a stone fireplace, with a flat-screen television mounted above. A comfortable sofa is positioned alongside a patterned area rug. The room is illuminated by natural light streaming through windows, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

I loved my stay at Ron and Karen’s Cozy Cottage. This was an amazingly clean Airbnb. The decorating was very tasteful and provided a homelike/comfortable feel. The mattresses and pillows were wonderful! The cottage is located in a nice area with no concern for safety. Restaurants were nearby and the cottage was well-located for getting around Portsmouth. Ron and Karen were very responsive answering within minutes and providing detailed directions. I highly recommend this charming home.

Host was kind and very responsive! The cottage had lots of nice updates and every adult wanted to take a turn in the massage chair! The top floor with the double beds got hot, but the host had a nice fan that really helped. If you’re staying during the summer, just be sure to bring pajamas that will keep you cool! Would definitely book again if we need a place close to King’s Island again.

Our wedding anniversary weekend getaway, we didn't even have to leave the county. Don't let the basement description fool you it was very comfortable clean and felt right at home. Perfect for a quick getaway or a smaller family passing through to stay a few days. We had a great stay and can't wait to come back. The space is designed beautifully with lots of great touches. Beds were comfy and the history was super interesting - loved the old photos. Parking was easy, and the town is really cute. We only stayed one night, had dinner at the Beehive and breakfast at the General Store. Both were great.

Seth's place was perfect. We decided last minute to get away for a few days for the holiday weekend. His place was in the perfect location with several restaurants and bars within walking distance. One was right next door. I saw that some people mentioned they were concerned it might be loud at night - it wasn't at all. They had a festival going on in town too which we were not aware of so that was a bonus for us to get some fair food and listen to music on the street. Plus Seth's place was inside the Dora area so we were able to get a Dora Cup from the bar and sip our drinks while walking back to our room. The apartment was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, he supplied all the necessities like toilet paper, coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, towels, etc. We would most definitely stay here again if we are back down that way.
