There is a cottage in the national park of Tanushi, passing through the power spot Heart Cave Ryugu (model for Ghibli's "Ponyo"), and Tanushi Beach. As you enter the front door of the cottage, the green of the trees and the sparkling light of the ocean jumps into your eyes.The 20-tatami mat living room with a high ceiling has a sofa, kitchen, loft, and a fireplace in winter, and is a relaxing space for families and friends. When you go out from the window to the terrace, you can see the sky and sea spreading out from the sea.You can luxuriously feel the comfortable breeze and sky flowing slowly in the jacuzzi and hammock swing. From the terrace, go up one more flight of stairs to the sky deck.There is only nature as far as the eye can see.The breathtaking scenery spreads out. The relaxed flow of the sea and fishing boats in Izu, you can hear the sound of birds in the creek.It's a great detox. Then, go down one floor to enjoy a charcoal BBQ while listening to the babbling of the river in the forest.It was delicious, fun, and a great memory. At night, the starry sky is dazzling, and if the weather is good, you can see shooting stars!You can enjoy the beauty of the sky.

This tiny house is within walking distance to all the beaches in Kisami. (Iritahama is the nearest beach, 7 minutes on foot/11 m above sea level) Especially recommended for those who love the sea, surfing, and swimming! There is also a Wi-Fi environment in the facility, so please use it for long-term stays and travel as a base for workcation and Izu travel. The kitchen is equipped with a single burner stove (gas) and simple cooking utensils, dishes, and condiments. We also provide free rental items for guests to use. Bicycles and kickboards are available for free, so please feel free to use them for a stroll during your stay. If you'd like to BBQ, please check the house rules for details. Also, please note that the facility is non-smoking, so please smoke outdoors. Please see the house rules for smoking areas. Access is 10 minutes by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station, get off at Iritah stop and walk 3 minutes, or 5 minutes by car from Izukyu Shimoda Station. There is also free parking on site, so you are also welcome to come by car! ※ Please note that the bath is an outdoor shower unit.

Ajiro is the small town of Atami and has so many yummy local restaurants and great activities such as fishing and water activities at the beach. I am sure you will have a tremendous trip in Atami/Izu/Hakone area by staying here :-)

Hakone Villa with Private Onsen, Ryokan Style

Also it has a Japanese style garden where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery just sitting on the tatami. The house is 25 min bus ride from Hakone-Yumoto. From the nearest bus stop, Midorinomura-Iriguchi, it's about 2 min walk. It is also very close (3min bus ride) to Sounzan, the terminal of the Hakone rope way.
