They were very responsive when messaged. Great description of the area location and easy to get to local businesses and eateries. Five minutes from a coffee shop and Krispy Kreme!

We would stay here again and again! The space felt like a great value for the price. Close to everything we needed and wanted. The area felt safe and was walkable. Each bedroom/bathroom space felt private, and the common areas were spacious to accommodate our party. Dan was available as questions came up and made sure issues were resolved to completion. Thank you, Dan, for a great stay!

Wonderful stay while here in Hickory! Exactly as described and great location close to everything. Definitely recommend if you need a place in the area.

Quick stay: We only needed a place for a couple of nights, because we were attending a conference in Hickory. We wanted a clean place to shower and sleep. This house met those needs. There was plenty of space for our group. We would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to others.

Super clean, cozy, very charming. So many lovely little details and extras that made for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Sadly we were only there for one short night, but I would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself back in the area.

Old home but well kept and up to date on the essentials. Very cozy and clean. Terry was an amazing host and very responsive and flexible when we found ourselves in a pinch. Would definitely stay here again.

Donna’s place was so cozy! She has thought of all of the lovely small touches that make me love staying at an Airbnb. I am very picky about cleanliness, and this home exceeded my expectations. The beds were comfortable and the bedding, perfectly clean. We will definitely be staying at Donna’s place again!

It is very cozy for a short stay. It is about 14 minutes to Grandfather Mountain. Great communicating with Amy prior arrival, she greeted us at the entrance.

From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was a breeze, the space was spotless, and every little detail felt thoughtfully curated. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. The home was cozy, stylish, and had all the comforts you’d hope for (plus a few extra touches that made it feel special). Communication was quick and friendly, and they made sure I felt welcome the entire time. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommend!

Great apartment near downtown Morganton! Perfect weekend getaway. Very clean and welcoming. Would re-book next time we are in the area.

Had a great stay in Davidson, while visiting family and this was a perfect spot to land! Heard some live music by Rusty Knox, Davidson’s mayor & enjoyed a great crab cake sandwich! Mike’s place was quiet, clean and a good place to do some remote work. Would come back again!

Simon and Julia are super helpful and kind. The place was just as expected, kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean - and beautiful views. You can hear the neighbors pretty clear upstairs - but you can’t do much about that - plus it was disclosed in the listing. So overall I give 5 stars to Julia and Simon because THEY were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - super responsive, I will definitely be returning ❤️ p.s. my bro forgot his wallet in the bnb after we checked out and there was absolutely no issue going back to find it - they are a delightful couple.

I had a wonderful stay and a wait to come back ! The place was very cute and quaint, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking — the views alone made it worth the trip. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore. Being able to soak in the hot tub and use the sauna after all day hiking was fabulous. My host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Trey’s place hit all the marks for what I needed - clean, cozy, comfy, and affordable. Bonus points for an amazing loose leaf tea selection, gorgeous mountain views at sunrise and sunset, and close to everything I wanted to do in the area. (Grandfather Mtn, Linville Falls, Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster were on my list - did them all in a day.) All instructions were clear and easy, and I had everything I needed for an enjoyable weekend away in the NC mountains. Go stay here and support western NC!! I hope to come back again soon :)

This was our third stay at Ronnie's place. The area is beautiful and peaceful. The condo is perfectly decorated and leaves you feeling right at home. Thanks for another great stay!

Thoughtful touches! From little signs with helpful info to ear plugs provided to lovely linens on the bed! This is our second stay here. It feels like you are miles away from the noise of civilization but it only a few minutes up Sugar. So, you have the babbling stream rushing over the rocks out back to listen to, but can get to Food Lion or restaurants in just a few minutes.
