In the bedroom there is a single bed, 2 mattresses on the floor and a closet. Fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. A washing machine (in the basement) is available free of charge. Long-term bookings are possible. One parking space is available free of charge right in front of the house.

Located on the ground floor of my house with private entrance and parking space. Small apartment, about 40 square meters, cozy and comfortable. It is very suitable for 2 people, but up to 3 or 4 (one child) people can live there. It is located on the first floor of my house with its own entrance door and parking space.

We love it modern with a touch of vintage. That's how we set up our new city apartment as a vacation rental. Despite its proximity to the city, the apartment is quietly located in a side street, the balcony faces the rear courtyard.
