Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. One bathroom; only ONE fast induction hotplate, simple cooking, fridge, Wi-Fi. Double bed (160 × 200). Additional table + chairs in the garden. Free bikes. Bus on B207 junction Buchholz. Very fast to the lake, boating. No animals, no smoking. Limited telephony in the house due to clay plaster depending on the provider.

Welcome to beautiful Ratzeburg! You will stay in the "old mill" in Ratzeburg and thus in one of the oldest buildings in the city. The apartment was furnished in 2023. You will stay quietly yet centrally. The lakes are only about 300 meters away and the city center is also within walking distance. The size of the apartment is about 33 square meters. Small but nice ;-) However, the kitchen does not have an oven. There is a private parking space and you can also sit outside

It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.
