Anne and Chad are fantastic hosts. The B&B is an awesome place with so much history and charm. Its spacious rooms and large backyard offer all the opportunities you could want. The kitchen was completely stocked with all necessary items and the prepared food that was waiting for us was delicious and generous. A perfect place for families with all ages. And no better places for family dogs.

We continue to go back to this house because it’s impeccable, the hosts are super friendly, and it is where we come for peace and quiet! I can’t say enough about this house. It’s got a great homey feeling and has everything we need for a fantastic getaway.

Great place for a weekend getaway! Very quiet and private with nice and new amenities. Only thing is that it got a little cold at the house (we stayed there early June) outside of the bedroom but other than that this was great!!

Perfect spot for our family! A central location to all the different areas we visited while in PA will be returning!

We love the location of Stephen’s place! You can walk to everything in town and it’s very close to all the local attractions. The house was comfortable with nice linens and beds. The neighborhood is very quiet with adequate street parking. Stephen is a great communicator. We would definitely choose to stay again.

I do have to say that this place was very good for my friend’s birthday trip. It was 30 minutes away from every little spot. We wanted to go to which was convenient and the surroundings were very beautiful and tranquil. I highly recommend this if you are staying in the area for a few days or even a long stay.

We had a wonderful weekend at Sweet Retreat. Jennifer, our host was friendly, kind and helpful. Her home is beautiful and so cute and so much fun! It was my daughter’s bachelorette weekend and we had the best time! We couldn’t take enough pics!! The home was clean, well stocked, great backyard to relax and have fun in. Couldn’t ask for anything more!! We had an amazingly fun and relaxing weekend! We’ll be back with the grandkids!

We were looking for an authentic Gettysburg experience for our extended family. We all agreed the home decor was more historically interesting and the scenery more breath-taking than the photos portrayed. Tina and Todd could not have been more accommodating. This facility was perfect for a family member with limited mobility and the pool was a hit! Don't miss out on this hidden gem.

Indescribable peace, serenity, and splendor! Cody was above and beyond in being accommodating and responsive! I cannot stress that enough. The house is perfectly designed and furnished! The pool and hot tub were inviting and wonderful! The nature, sunrises, sounds of birds chirping...No need to bother with packing, security lines for planes, trains, and automobiles for a getaway for me anymore ! Being at this house was no different than taking some far away trip. It had everything a resort would have without the fuss and muss of travel and people! My travel companion could not join me, so I was by myself! I got to experience true tranquility, peace, and mindfulness! I felt safe and secure. Only recommendation, is to give instructions for the A/C and washing machine, but I figured it out. Internet was great speed for working. I clearly would highly recommend a stay at the King's House, even for a queen or princess! Thank you Cody and Suzanne for a wonderful stay! One word, fabulous!

Dana’s home was absolutely beautiful. Not only were they super accommodating, the home itself is beautiful and the history it holds is something to treasure! A very memorable stay- highly recommended for anyone in the area! My son was in awe of their farm animals!

Our Honey Brook stay was brief but worth it. The house, yard, and surrounding town was beautiful. Chris and Claudia early on were very helpful with recommendations. When it was getting to be close to the time of our vaca their instructions were clear and well timed. I look forward to staying here again, hopefully for longer next time.

My family and I spent Memorial Day weekend in this beautiful home. It was very spacious and very clean. It had every amenity you could possibly want. It had a beautiful family room area and plenty of seating for everyone. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. The pool was absolutely beautiful, but too cold for us to use at this time. The yard was completely fenced and very private. We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We hope to stay again soon!

We had a BLAST, staying with Kyle. The place was so inviting and fun for our grandchildren…yes, fun for us as well. The beds were perfect which can’t be said of all places we’ve stayed. I wish we could have stayed longer! Kyle, keep up the great hospitality! It was beyond what we expected! Thank you for everything!

If I could give Tim’s place more than 5 stars, I would! It’s off the beaten path, but that’s what make his Place so inviting. All the amenities you could hope for! Definitely the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at in the States! Got to chat with Tim on my last night there and it was great. I loved the chocolate chip cookies that were presented upon our arrival. I’m looking forward to visiting his place again, if I can. My grandkids loved playing on the grounds and the dogs 🐶 enjoyed roaming around. This is a gem of a place and I 100% recommend you consider staying there. 1000 Kudos!

We absolutely loved the house, and all the history that came with it. Beautiful treasures throughout the house that we much enjoyed looking at. Lighting was fabulous. Beds were comfortable and only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay! Short drive to Hershey and neighboring towns with lots to do! A+++

I need another night or three! We traveled with a group of girls for a basketball tournament. We tend to book Airbnbs to allow for team bonding and this location afforded that and more! It was spacious, peaceful, and most accommodating. We slept like babies and went on to win the championship! Maybe it was the uplifting words throughout the home. Or the healthy snack. Maybe it was the homemade cinnamon rolls. Nonetheless we won! So if you want to be a champion…pick this location!

This place was absolutely perfect. It was a great location, close to everything but still in a setting that was away from the busy-ness. The house itself was gorgeous-hot tub, fire pit, a game room, super clean, organized, and had everything we needed and then some. This was my first ever airbnb and it was a great experience. Miriam had clear instructions, everything she set up was thoughtful and intentional. During the first few hours, we already talked about returning. I reached out a couple of times for questions (which were already answered, I just needed to read what she already put out there for us) but Miriam still answered professionally and politely, and super quick. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is super clean, well organized layout, and fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms and bedding are very comfortable, and very well insulated from outside noise. It has a handy parking space, that saved our time looking around for parking. The owner is very responsive and super nice and kind. Overall, it made our stay like our own house. We will book this house for our next trip to Reading.

What an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, everything was above and beyond my expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—truly a home away from home. The attention to detail was so thoughtful—plush towels, a well-stocked kitchen, cozy blankets, and even local snacks and coffee to welcome me. The host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and clearly cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. They provided clear check-in instructions and great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything I needed. I left feeling rested, relaxed, and already thinking about when I can come back. If you're considering booking this place—do it! One of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had.

Beautiful well-maintained, historic home. The Innkeeper's Quarters was very spacious and neat as a pin! The main bedroom is very comfortable with 2 queen beds, great for families that need to keep an eye on the kids. And it also has a private bedroom upstairs. Great amenities such as washer/dryer, hot tub, fancy bathroom upstairs, and everything you could ask for in the kitchen. Beautiful surroundings and so many things to do and see close by (<10 minutes from Sight & Sound Theatres). This home is attached to the main estate, so you will probably hear other guests from time to time if someone is staying there at the same time. Such a great place to be that you might not want to leave 😊

This house is very nice and suited all our needs. We had lots of entertainment options within the house. Very peaceful and is close to many places to visit. We appreciated the condiments and spices that were available for our cooking needs. If we needed anything, Ben and Sadie answered very fast. Highly recommend!
