Haus Urlaubstraum ist wunderbar zentral gelegen. Sie können alles zu Fuß erledigen wenn Sie das möchten. Der wunderschöne Ammersee ist nur 150 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Die 60qm Wohnung wird von uns regelmäßig renoviert und erneuert und ist sehr modern gehalten. Ebenso steht ein kostenfreier Tiefgaragenstellplatz zur Verfügung. Die wunderschöne Uferpromenade gehört zu den längsten Deutschlands. Die Landeshauptstadt München ist mit der S-Bahn ebenso in nur 45 Minuten zu erreichen.

Es erwartet Sie ein helles Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Doppelbett, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Smart-TV sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche für kulinarische Erlebnisse.

Wer Natur und Ruhe braucht, liebt diesen Ort. Die Wohnung liegt im Fünf-Seen-Land in einem kleinem obberbayerischen idyllischen Dorf. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, ruhig und mit viel Natur umgeben. Es ist eine Erdgeschoss-Wohnung. Die kleine Terrasse am Eingang ist umgeben vom Garten. Ca. 5 - 10 min. braucht man mit dem Auto zu den Seen. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Bitte unbedingt mit dem Auto anreisen.

From the balcony you have an indirect view of the Ammersee and in only 4 minutes on foot you are already at the longest lake promenade in Germany. The S-Bahn (S8 Munich and airport) is a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment in an apartment building is a 5-minute walk from Lake Ammersee. Access is via 59 steps up and 40 steps down - which also makes your stay a training camp! The 1-room apartment has a sofa bed (mattress on slatted frame, 1.4 * 2 m) and a new kitchenette (no oven, 2 hotplates, microwave, fridge). Workation at the Ammersee? No problem: a workplace by the window allows you to combine the necessary with the pleasant.
