Our luxury apartment (60 m2), in the converted barn of a beautiful thatched farmhouse, has a separate bedroom (double box spring) with French doors to a spacious garden with seating, a garden room (20 m2) and lounge chairs. The apartment has a private sauna, hot tub, shower and toilet. And nice living room & fireplace. If you would like to make use of breakfast or the sauna, there is a limited fee (€15 per person for a luxury breakfast and €50 for the sauna for the entire weekend together). Minimum 2 nights.

Do you need a warm place for yourself? Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish vinted space. This studio/tiny house is indoors in our farmhouse. From the balcony, you have a view of the river Maas. You live on our property with the animals and in the summer with a few more guests who stay in caravans. It's quiet here but not silent. So you really hear a car, the flushing of our toilet or the lawnmower of the neighbors. People from the city find it quiet here!

There is also a trampoline and a cozy garden house. A nice place to relax with your family, friends or with two. The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!

In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.
