I had issues with one of the neighbors leaving their vehicle blocking the garage entrance. First, I texted host at 1 am, never thinking they would actually respond at that time. Well, they did! And were ready to come down and sort things out with neighbor right there and then. who does that at 1 am?? No one. that alone is worth 5 stars. I said I could wait until the morning and just parked outside.

The apartment is COZY, FUNCTIONAL and VERY WELL EQUIPPED. Everything was IMPECCABLE upon our arrival, the BED is especially COMFORTABLE and the SMART TV worked smoothly. In addition, the AIR CONDITIONING made all the difference for a PLEASANT stay in Hermosillo. The building is SAFE and has shared spaces that exceeded our expectations: a perfect POOL to cool off, a GYM with excellent maintenance and an ENTERTAINMENT AREA with a POOL TABLE ideal for hanging out. The service we received was EXCELLENT and the check-in instructions were very CLEAR. Definitely a RECOMMENDED stay.
