Brian was a wonderful host and the house was better than we even expected! Brian was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. The house was very well cared for with lots of charm and character. We were a group of 5 adults and one child and had more than enough room to be together and also have some privacy. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Steve was very easy to communicate with prior to check in, through the stay, and at check out. The setting is very quiet, close to the lake, restaurants, and stores. Steve and his property manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable when we had a power outage after a storm. The yard was great for our pups to have their space while on their tie outs. Overall we have a great stay and felt welcome!

Always love staying at one of Jon's cabins. They are clean and comfortable and very pretty. They are in a beautiful location and perfect place for a getaway!

This place was awesome and so was the host. He was very quick to respond and more than hospitable. I had an issue with booking and he helped right away. The grounds are so pretty, lots of stuff to do. Our only “complaints” if we’d even call them that would be if you are of larger or taller stature the shower may be a tight squeeze for you. But other than that it was perfect for a weekend away!!

The lodge location was wonderful for a quiet family vacation - close to Old Forge but away from the busy tourist areas. The location is superior - private lake, woods, limited/zero neighbors, and beautiful views. Our children loved the beach and jumping off the dock. We brought kayaks and enjoyed the peace and wildlife of the motor-free lake. The cabin is rustic, yet well stocked with all of the necessities and even has central air conditioning, which was very much appreciated for the first half of our week. The kitchen had everything required for preparing and serving our food. There were lots of towels and linens. The beds were comfortable. Lots of board games. We did lose power (and water) for a long period of time during one day of our stay which required a trip into town to purchase gallons of water - but this was not the fault of the host. It added to the experience.

This was our fifth year coming up to Camp David. I don't even look for another place because we know that this is our "home away from home" for a few super relaxing days. Everything you need is there. Very quiet and private. Always a great escape here. And Mike is extremely responsive and accommodating. Can't wait until next year.

We had a great stay! This place was everything we wanted for our long weekend getaway! So comfortable and really had that Adirondack feel, especially relaxing in the living room space. The deck and area out front facing the water are beautiful, and if the weather was nicer, we would’ve certainly taken advantage of it more. The house was just a quick ride outside of town and very easy to find! Plenty of space for our family and we were able to enjoy a movie on the big screen downstairs! The kitchen was well stocked as well as towels and blankets so the kiddos could cuddle up near the fireplace! We will keep you on our list for future visits to Old Forge! Thank you The Russo Family!

Maria’s place by the lake was perfect! wanted to take our 3yr old somewhere new and this place was perfect! the small lake with the kayaks and paddle boat were a big hit and let’s not forget the screened in trampoline made our lives easy come night time( couldn’t keep the kid awake for once if we tried) .. Maria was very responsive and super friendly letting us even stay most of the day on our checkout day! could go on and on about the place it was a great time and we highly recommend it especially if you have kids!

This was my first experience with airbnb and I will say Brian has set the bar so high, the place was gorgeous inside and out, he was responsive with any questions I had, proactive with information to make check in and out easy and simple. The place felt like a home away from home. I will definitely be booking again with Brian in the future. Loved it.

Book it! The Cottages have become an annual destination for our family. Close to town, but still quiet and secluded. Amenities are great, grounds and water are inviting, and you’ll absolutely enjoy your time.

Our daughter was graduating Hamilton College and stayed here so family and friends can all be together. It is approximately 35-40 minutes from campus on a beautiful lake. ( which made a great backdrop for pictures). The house is very comfortable and spacious so guests all had their own rooms. Family was able to enjoy kayaking and a game of darts to keep everyone entertained. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing weekend at the cabin. Check in and out was a breeze, inside was pristine and beautifully decorated, so much to do and close to everything. We felt right at home. We will be back for sure.

The kitchen and other spaces were perfectly organized, and the surroundings are breathtaking, with beautiful streets and stunning landscapes. Absolutely perfect! The house had everything you’d need and was nice and spacious that with three families we never felt crammed. We were bummed it rained so bad we couldn’t enjoy the deck space…with the propane fire pit and lots of seating it would’ve been a very nice area to socialize! We’re already trying to plan a time to come back!

quaint and within walking distance to pubs, coffee, shopping with a lovely view of the lake. on site manager was friendly and helpful and other then the weather (which the host can't control) we had a fun stay. loved the warm blankets and comfy beds!

The house was immaculate! Emily was extremely accommodating and answered all our questions! The bathroom s were abundantly supplied with towels, bath tissue, soaps and shampoos! The kitchen was perfect! The outdoor space was superb! Even my 89 year old dad sat on the dock and was easy to get into pontoon boat! Everything with this Airbnb was Perfect! We had a great family reunion❤️
