Our 2-room apartment with bedroom, bathroom/toilet and combined kitchen/living room on the first floor of a single-family home in Maria-Thann is 4 km from Wangen im Allgäu. Located directly in the center of town on the Lake Constance-Königsee cycle path between Lindau and Oberstdorf. An ideal starting point for all activities. There is a shopping facility in the village at the "Regiomat" where you can buy milk, eggs, meat and drinks 24 hours a day, as well as on Saturday at the bakery in the village. The nearest small shop is 2 km away.

Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

From the living room you have a view of the winter garden and the fire from the Swedish stove. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, microwave, fully automatic coffee maker, egg cooker, spices etc) You do not need to worry about the bed linen, towels and dish towels. The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).
