Für alle, die eine Unterkunft in der Nähe des Gemeinschaftskrankenhauses suchen, ist unser Haus ideal gelegen. Just enjoy life in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. Very close to the city center of the beautiful little town of Herdecke. The city is within walking distance in 10 minutes without major inclines. Very centrally located on the Ruhr Valley hiking and cycling path. The apartment is barrier-free and in a current modern condition. You have your own parking space right in front of the apartment. There is a lockable bicycle storage room right by the house, especially for bicycles!

The main train station, the city center and nature are a few minutes' walk away. The lovingly furnished apartment on the first floor is bright and friendly. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

We generate more electricity per year through our PV solar system than we actually consume for heating and cooling. We heat our domestic water via an air/air heat pump. The heating and cooling of our house and apartment is done via an inverter heat pump air conditioning system. The environmental concept is in the foreground.
