We had such a wonderful stay at Peter’s place this weekend! It was one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, cozy and super welcoming. We were so happy to be able to bring our pup along and the location was perfect. It was close to the lake and great local restaurants. The view from the deck was absolutely beautiful!

The Tilton condo is exactly as Sharon described it!! It was very spacious and clean. We had 2 dogs with us and there was plenty of room to be very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice & had everything you could want to make meals. We both thought the bed was super comfortable and that is very important to us! Sharon was a gracious host leaving us a small treat basket & a basket full of incidentals that we might of forgot to bring! Our overall stay was wonderful, definitely recommend this condo! Perfect Airbnb. We stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The hot tub, pool table, dart board, piano, book collection, and giant tv ensured we were never bored. The view was incredible, it felt like we were in a movie. The hosts answered very quickly whenever we had a question, and they also ensured we had a lot of privacy, which was really appreciated. 10000/10! I would stay here again and again and again. No complaints at all.

Convenient and easy access to Keene and the surrounding area. We spent Christmas week and the first floor unit was perfect for our needs as my mother has a walker and it only required two stairs up from the driveway! I would def recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay at the apartment in Sunapee. We highly recommend! It had everything we needed and more. Very clean. Such a cozy, relaxing place to stay. Angela was very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

All instruction were very detailed and easy to follow. The location was beautiful and the property was prestige. Cooking in the kitchen was easy, everything was within arms reach and easy to find. The center of town was cute and had some nice local shops. There was planet of restaurants in the area and grocery stores were also close. 5-stars for sure for the property and the property managements My family and I will certainly look for this property again if we are staying the the Amherst area.

It was our second stay in Kyla's house at the lake. We enjoyed it a lot and will return again.

Daniel and Monica were great hosts that responded to any questions or needs. They live right next to this guest house so we’re quick to respond. This house is a bit small but has enough space for up to three or maybe one more on the sun porch if using an available air mattress. It is comfortable and homey. The bedroom in the basement is fine but the rest of the basement is mostly unfinished. The pool would be a nice feature but it was too early in the season for a dip in the cold water. Plenty of stores and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes of here including a Market Basket, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and big REI store among many others.

The home is spacious, immaculate, attractively decorated and furnished. The whole family loved it and didn't want to leave. Definitely a great spot for our next visit.

Stayed for a weekend, was absolutely beautiful! The frequent beaver visits was quite the highlight & all amenities were exactly as described!

The photos and description provide an accurate representation of the the place. It is clean, non-cluttered, and everything worked as expected. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. I found it to be a good value for the price and would stay there again. Communications with the host were pleasant and they were prompt in responding when I messaged them.

We rented Shawn's house for a family weekend while in town for a soccer tournament. It worked perfectly for us and it was just as advertised. We had 3 elderly people in our group and they struggled a bit with the stairs leading up to the bedrooms, so just something to keep in mind if that applies to you. We found it easier to pull the car up in front of the house to load/unload and then pull into the driveway to park. We would recommend this rental and we would rent again. Thank you!

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. After a long day of driving from New York, and hikes at Franconia Notch State park, Julianne’s condo was a perfect getaway to stay in Laconia with backyard lake views to die for. The condo was clean and cozy. The highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the balcony and admiring the stars at the private sandy beach. The host was very responsive. Thank you for the clear and precise instructions beforehand, everything was simple and straightforward. I would 100% recommend this place! :)

Evangeline's place was a great for our ski weekend with our family. The location and convenience to Tenney mountain was perfect. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend! Evangeline was very responsive and accommodating. We definitely will rent her again! Thanks!!!

Being walking distance to the Bank of NH Pavilion makes this place perfect for a concert. It has a nice view of the lake and is steps from a beautiful beach! We enjoyed our quick stay!

It was simple and just what I needed. The rainy day made it absolutely amazing as far as relaxation goes. Nice place and nice people.

What a great view!!

My husband and I stayed for a month at Amanda's place and it was modern and very clean. I'm a bit of a clean freak and allergic to pet dander, so I only stay in places that don't allow pets. The condo has every amenity you could imagine - from a Weber grill to beach chairs to an instant pot. And if you don't want to cook there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Her condo was exactly as she described and as she showed in the pictures. The view of the lake from the front deck is breathtaking and the back deck faces a private wooded area. We spent many mornings having our coffee overlooking the lake and watching the boats go by. There's also plenty of space to work remotely including a private office area on the ground floor. There are 6 units in the condo complex and we met several of the neighbors who were lovely, considerate people. If you're considering a stay in the lakes region, look no further. This is the place.

Great place. The deck overlooking the lake was great! The large deck over the water was a great place to hang out, and everyone we meet were friendly. Only 3 steps off the deck/dock to get into the refreshing water. The game room pool table and pool accessories were all in great shape ( Remember to bring quarters, $1.00 per a game). The internet works great we had 4 people working on laptops in the morning and no issues were observed. Will stay at again!

Place was perfect for family stay. It was a home away from home for us. Everything was so perfect for every group of our family members. Kids loved the board games and puzzles and enjoyed the stay. Apart from house, location is perfect for many activities in and around town again for all group of family members be it board walk along the lake, fun spot, train ride and pristine drive along lake.
