A warm welcome to our stylish new apartment in Bamberg. Located right at the Michelsberg with its wonderful church and former monastery and close to the Konzerthalle it is only a 10min walk to the old town. At the same time our newly build house is in a very quiet neighbourhood and in the middle of nature. From the apartment you have direct view into our garden with its old trees. Forget your worries – in our spacious and quiet accommodation "Sommerfrische" in a quiet village in the countryside. Our farm is located on the edge of the village; it was built as an agricultural Ausiedlerhof. There is therefore a lot of nature and tranquility around the property. We have no direct neighbors. There is no street noise; at most some tractors going to the fields or the forest. In the wind, the leaves of the trees and hedges roam the property.

The former village church is situated in a 1,600 square meter property, right in the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Enclosed on all sides, it's an ideal retreat without being “out of the world.” In the morning sun in front of the sacristei, in the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees.
