Had a great stay! The house was really nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Ryan was super communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. Really appreciated how chill and helpful he was. The place was in a good spot and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend—good vibes all around!

Beautiful spot! Great location, close to all the happenings of Ocean City, but peaceful and quiet at the house…perfect set up. Great neighborhood. The house is beautiful, all the beds very comfortable. The back deck is gorgeous, thoroughly enjoyed that space and taking the kayaks out on the canal! It’s worth bringing your own linens and towels, we packed everything into a large tote and it worked out perfectly. Very responsive and friendly host! We had a great time here and plan to return. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this house! Heather and Andrew were fantastic hosts friendly, responsive, and helpful. They answered all of our questions promptly and gave an excellent recommendations. The outdoor space was great and it helped to keep the kids entertained even when the weather didn’t cooperate. The house itself was spotless, well maintained, and felt very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and family friendly beach getaway!

To say this was anything shy of an amazing experience would be an understatement. I have never had a host so responsive and sweet. Courtney’s house was absolutely beautiful and the small details in her home made our stay cozy and warm. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our two dogs and the house was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need (the keurig machine stopped working our second day and she had one on our doorstep the very next morning, even though we said it wasn’t necessary) . The beach was a short 13 minute drive, the outlets were less than five minutes away and the restaurants were all within 15 minutes away. The neighborhood was situated in a very quiet community which made it very peaceful at night. I would 100% recommend Courtney’s home over and over. Thanks for an amazing experience!

Great place! Great for family’s looking for a place close to the beach. Had all the amenities we could ever want and was super close to lots of fun places! Host was great at communication and the place was immaculately clean!

We had an amazing stay and we loved the pool! It's definitely not your average Airbnb and felt like home. We had 5 adults & 1 toddler. The upstairs was great for the toddler/my husband and I since it was larger and had the private bathroom but was still usable to other guests, if needed because of the separate doors. There also had all the beach amenities you would need, which was so helpful - along with the Rehoboth parking pass. We can't thank M&M enough for this great option!

Our family of 5 loved our time in the Rehoboth Beach area. Danielle was a responsive, friendly host and her home was a lovely respite from the bustling beach and boardwalk. We loved gathering in the open kitchen/dining & living room for family meals, movies, and games. The backyard and pool area is so peaceful & inviting, they clearly put a lot of thought and care into the outdoors and the whole home. We stay in a lot of airbnbs and this was one of our favorites. It’s well-situated just about a 7 minute drive to Rehoboth and a 15 minute drive to Lewes. Some recommendations we could offer include: making dish towels available in the kitchen (to avoid using too many paper towels), adding carpet treads to the stairs (the hardwood is beautiful but slippery), and refreshing the mattress in the second king bedroom (we found it overly soft). That said we loved our time and would happily stay again!

My husband and I decided to stay at the Sand Piper retreat for our babymoon. Kim’s place was spotless, well stocked with the essentials (trash bags, dishwasher pods, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, body wash) and we felt right at home. Although the weather wasn’t the best and we didn’t have the opportunity to take advantage of the pool and beach as much as we had liked, we did find the private little screened in patio porch to be a lovely place to hang out and play board games while enjoying each other’s company. Kim was also incredibly responsive and provided a list of rainy day recommendations to help pass the time! Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay. Everything looked and was as advertised. Clean house, centrally located to beach, restaurants and bars, with off street parking. Would stay again.

Their place was great and we really enjoyed our stay!! We were pleasantly surprised with how clean and tidy everything was! Providing us with beach chairs as well was great!!

I agree with the other reviewers that this was the best equipped and stunningly decorated Air BnB we have ever stayed in. Additionally Luda was very responsive with information and requests. We are seven women who have been getting together for a "girls" holiday for the past 31 years! We have been up and down the East coast and to the Pacific Northwest. The quiet neighborhood and spacious open concept living area plus comfortable bedrooms were over-the-top. The Rehoboth shopping and restaurants are near by and an easy access by bike or car. A 30 minute walk takes you to the boardwalk. We look froward to our return stay as long as Luda agrees!

We were in OC for a soccer tournament and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. We found this condo somewhat last minute and couldn’t be happier with the property and all the amenities. Everything we needed was in the property and the management was responsive with our questions. They also provide you dish soap/sponges/laundry pods but had brought my own not knowing (normally, hosts make you bring everything!) so left these for next guests. What a nice touch! I’ll know for the next time! You can literally walk in, relax, and enjoy. Thank you again for hosting us. We’ll see you again soon.

Bohdan’s place was a perfect spot to visit with two toddlers and our dogs. We had room to spread out and the yard was great for the dogs. The road backs up to a large neighborhood that is quiet and very walkable, and it is an easy drive to beaches/activities/restaurants. Bohdan was communicative and gave clear instructions for the stay. Would stay again if back in Rehoboth.

This place was an absolute refuge! The weather was not great and we were able to enjoy the outdoors on the beautiful screened in porch which had space for relaxing and for dining The kitchen was well equipped for cooking for our family.

We spent a lovely long weekend at this home with family for a wedding. The home was exactly as described; extremely clean, welcoming and decor was beautiful. It was in a perfect location to walk to the beach in addition to being close & convenient to town. The hostess was wonderful to work with; friendly and quick in responses. Work highly recommended to others and would most definitely stay here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The outdoor area was stunning and served as a fantastic gathering spot for our guests. Inside, everything was spotless and well-updated, and Diane was an exceptional host. We’ll definitely be booking this place again the next time we're in the area!

We had a great stay at this comfortable townhouse! It was clean, cozy, and in a super convenient location—perfect for our trip to Sports at the Beach for a baseball tournament. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The townhouse had everything our family needed, and the couch was especially cozy after long days at the field. We also enjoyed the nearby pool. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Samantha's house -- it was kid-friendly with toys, a crib, potty seats, and kid plates/utensils. We walked to the southern tip of Rehoboth Beach a few times (borrowing Samantha's umbrellas and beach toys!). It is a bit of a long walk but took a wagon for the kids, crossing once with a walkway across Costal Hwy but the rest of the path was residential. Was able to trickle charge our car. Matched the description, would stay again.

The location was perfect! Having the bedrooms on multiple floors helped our multi generational family have their privacy while coming together on the main floor. The area was quiet and having 3.5 baths was great when we came off of the beach. HIGHLY recommend. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! Great place!

Edward Joseph's property was beautiful and truly helped my wife and I enjoy our anniversary. We might not have brought our dog had we known the cost upfront, inability for her to use the furniture or that neighbors would rat on my wife because our dog peed on her overgrown grass.

We had a great stay at Karah’s! She was a very responsive and helpful host. The house itself is clean and well organized, the kitchen is well stocked. The location is perfect. It is close to everything, but tucked away in a quiet, quaint neighborhood, perfect for families with kids that need a little extra space to roam! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay again.

Jill's place is so cute and perfect for a weekend beach getaway! Just a short drive or Uber away from both Dewey and Rehoboth beach. The location is also in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood away from the main strip. The place was super clean and comfortable. Jill also gave us a great breakfast recommendation (the Dewey Post). We would definitely stay at Jill's place again!

Such a wonderful place! Incredible views of bay from the house and beachfront. The bugs are not great but not a big deal….bugspray or hang out inside. Sunrises were epic
