The house was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood! It smelled and looked clean right when you walked in the door. Chucky was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions! This home is 15 minutes from the strip and was very close to Costco, Target, and other food places.

One of the most unique pools for a private home. Felt like a private resort pool area for our family. The separate casita or game room from the main house was great for the kids to play and not feel the need to be quiet after hours. It’s not the largest home by square footage, but every inch of the house felt well designed and no wasted space. Such a cozy and comfortable vacation home for families with children. I wish the mattresses were a bit more firm, but that is a personal preference. There was nothing that we disliked about this home.

The house was just as advertised. We booked day of check-in. We were stressing about having a place to stay in Vegas for the weekend but Alexis made it smooth and quick. The pool was clean and the enclosed backyard made it feel safe. We really liked the high ceilings - it gave the place a luxurious feel. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future. Great place to stay! Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The house is located about 15 minutes from the strip and about 10 minutes from downtown, so it was very convenient and easy to get around. Art was a wonderful host. VERY responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.

The perfect place to stay. We relaxed poolside, played games and watched movies in comfort. The location was so convenient. We were minutes from shows and everything Vegas has to offer. The shower was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. We were comfortable, relaxed and happy from check in to check out. Thank you Douglas.

My family really enjoyed our stay, we especially loved having a pool and a grill as we spent most of our evenings at the house for dinner.

Osmar was a fantastic host and the property is great and spacious for get togethers. My band was in town performing at Area15, so it was a great oasis for an easy hang and relaxing hq before and after our gig. The location isn’t too far from the strip or Fremont so it was a relatively affordable ride share to any nightlife in LV. But it’s far away enough to have a truly peaceful sleep with many people. I also have to note how accommodating Osmar is - as they did the best they could to help my group out when some of us arrived into town extremely early. I realize an early check-in can’t be accommodated every time since it really depends on how much cleaning there needs to be done, but Osmar managed to get us in early and for that we are greatly appreciative. I’d highly recommend this place as an option

We stayed at Zohar’s Airbnb just a few days ago and loved it so much that we booked it again when we had to come back to Vegas—lucky us! The house is fantastic—spacious and perfect for families, with 6 comfortable bedrooms, a fun game room, hot tub, and tons of games to keep everyone entertained. The backyard is amazing—great for relaxing and spending quality time together. Our kids had a blast, and so did we. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Vegas with family or a group!

We loved staying here for our Vegas weekend! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the entire house was exactly as pictured. The only issue was that both grills did now work, pretty sure the propane was empty. Other than that it was an amazing stay!

Great communication, clean and comfortable place!

Jesuric and his team were super helpful and responsive! The house was great and the pool was a lovely addition in the Las Vegas heat. We came during a weather-crazy time, but overall the experience was great and the house was so clean and tidy. Being in the neighborhood helped us be close to family, too. Can't wait to visit again!

We were a few minutes early so we were greeted by the housekeepers who were very friendly and helpful. Brenda the host was also very friendly and helpful and said if we needed anything please don't hesitate to call. Overall we had some good family time. Thanks again.

The place was beautiful and the pool was perfect for the hot weather. We wanted to stay away from the Strip, and this location was the ideal distance—private, peaceful, and quiet. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot!

If I could give a 10 Star I would! We were a familia of 14 and everyone had space!! The pool was big and 7 feet deep is a plus for the big kids. The pool table was a big hit for the adults and teens. We will be saving this spot for next time. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Parking was great Kaizen Sushi was right up the street and it was amazing! Grocery store, and lots of other food options and coffee in the morning nearby was great! Love that Matthew offers, pool towels, and bath towels that’s a plus. Kitchen was a great size and love that there was a bedroom downstairs and 4 upstairs and 3 full bathrooms for a big Familia. The stairs have carpet on them and I appreciate that as I have a four-year-old and that was very safe for her to go up and down.

The host of this home is absolutely amazing. So sweet and so responsive. The location is perfect if you’re coming with your family as it’s the perfect distance to the strip but also not right next to it. The location has everything you need within 10 minutes away. Pool/backyard was absolutely beautiful! I will definitely be returning. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

This is such a cool little pad for a family or group of close friends to share. I had one of the best weekends ever here for my birthday outing, and our group enjoyed just about every aspect of the stay. Plenty of room, privacy, and amenities to make things comfortable & fun. Swimming pool/spa combo is certainly a nice touch. The neighborhood is a brief 10-15 minute drive over to the LV strip or downtown. Joe was flexible for both our check in and check out times. Most of our group are night shifters, so this really helped us a great deal not feeling too rushed. We would happily revisit again sometime! Great experience overall.
