A pretty, peaceful & convenient cottage located in Te Atatu South, West Auckland. 2 minute drive from the North Western motorway and 15-min drive from Auckland city and Auckland airport off peak. Ample parking available. Trust stadium and Waitakere Hospital a 5 min drive away. Enjoy sitting on the deck under the trees and unwind. Located in a sweet spot connecting you to the many areas of Auckland, our quiet and spacious house sits at the end of a nice cul-de-sac. Within walking distance to cafes, supermarket, gym, takeaways, chemist, parks, dairies, bakeries and petrol. Perfect spot if you want to go out west, drive central, attend events at the Trust Stadium (5 minute drive, also walkable), or catch the train from Henderson to right outside the gates of Eden Park. Plenty of fun activities and amenities nearby!

There is a private deck on 2 sides, separate access, and off-street parking. Te Atatu Peninsula is 25 minutes from Auckland City, via North-Western Motorway. Auckland peak time travel can mean unpredictable travel times. A cleaning fee is not added.

Great location

A weatherboard sixties state house with off-street parking, located close to the motorway, the Trusts Arena. 5 minutes walk to Countdown. There’s a data projector with Google Chromecast. Plenty of children's books and board games. I only use eco-cleaning products. You will have access to the front of the house as the decking at the back needs repairs. Laundry, back decking, and rear garden are unavailable. The house exterior is a work in progress, but the inside is tidy and clean!
