This neighborhood is known as The Golden Island, a villa neighborhood with homes built in the period 1910-1930. The apartment has a private entrance, patio with seat, kitchen, wc shower, king size bed (2x 90/210) and is luxuriously finished.

A stylishly furnished B&B, you stay in the restored front house from 1912. During the renovation, the history and the authentic colors of the early 20th century were taken into account. The B&B has its own toilet and bathroom. There is a small pantry with a fridge, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine. There's plenty of closet space for your clothes. The bedroom has a bed with 2 pcs. 80×200 cm mattresses and there is a sofa bed for 2 pers. in the sitting room.
