Moin and welcome to our apartment in Dänschendorf on Fehmarn. Completely renovated in 2022, this apartment leaves nothing to be desired in an old captain's house. On 100m² you have room for 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds. In the evening, you can relax after an eventful day in front of the fireplace, in the barrel sauna in the garden or on our terrace directly on the lake. The sunny, light-flooded apartment "Scheunendiele" is located in a converted half-timbered barn with its own garden and sun terrace. Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

It is 12 km to the Baltic Sea (Neustadt), Lübeck 35 km, Kiel 45 km, Hamburg 85 km. Massenat with its lakes and the possibility to rent canoes/kayaks is 15 km away. The nearest regional train is 9 km away. The landscape is hilly. There are many forests, fields and lakes.

The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
