This very bright and beautiful house is located in the best location and close to the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town. (about 5 min to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the motorway connection. For nature lovers: the house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging etc. in the immediate vicinity.

The in-law apartment as a 1-room apartment with outdoor terrace is a starting point for activities (e.g. LEGO-Land, Peppa PIG Park, Steiff Museum, Ulmer Dom, Charlottenhöhle) or hikes very suitable. The new building in 2022 is quietly located in a dead-end street on the field with a playground. Google maps images are still outdated. The new development is already completely developed. Up to 4 people + baby can stay. Kitchen, bathroom with shower, private entrance and parking available.

Wonderful living in the old town of Ulm in the popular residential area "Auf dem Kreuz" with balcony and free underground parking! With this gem, all important points of contact and public transport are very close by - in the middle of the city and yet fantastically beautiful and quiet (traffic-calmed), shopping, Danube, beautiful historical surroundings …! Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.
