Fox Den is a fully furnished 600 sq ft studio loft apartment with all the amenities that you could need. Eat out or cook in our kitchenette. The view from your 2nd floor deck is stunning with sunsets that dreams are made of. The loft has high, open ceilings that give you a cottage feel that immediately brings relaxing vibes. Your stay here will be relaxing and peaceful in a private and spacious suite with a private dock & kayaks. Located in Hector, you’ll be surrounded by wineries, breweries and farm to table dining. The bnb is located on the second level of unoccupied storage space but your entry requires just two steps as seen in the photos. The path to the lake is well lit a 60-90 second walk. I live between the bnb and the lake so I’m available at all times. Please read “The space” below for all the amenities.

Lake view surrounding vineyards. Keep an eye on the sky while sitting on the porch and you may see a bald eagle. Don’t be surprised if a deer turkey. Fox etc wander through. No worries if there’s a power outage as all cabins have a backup generator that will turn on automatically.

The apartment is the lower left half of a remodeled farm-house and is your home away from home while you explore the Finger Lakes.
