Universal Studios, Sea World and Daytona International Speedway are all within about 40 minutes, while Disney World and Kennedy Space Center are about 50 - 60 minutes. Unique Concrete House Boat!!! NO CLEANING FEES!!!

This ferrocement boat was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Restaurant/bar, pool, laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

Super clean, comfortable and safe. We loved our stay. The only issue we had was out of Maricela's control which was the loud cars and street noise throughout the night. But there was a white noise machine provided, which really helped. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Had a great weekend! The location couldn't be better, everything within walking distance! The houseboat felt larger than what the pictures shown and had great outdoor seating. Will definitely rent it again!

Rented Claudia's place for close friend who are a missionary family of 5 that were visiting us. I was very happy to find this house for them so they would have their own space with their 3 children (10-15 yrs old), and still be close to us. My friend messaged that, " it was a fabulous stay, clean, great location, quiet. Very comfortable beds." And when talking to her before they left she said that she wished they had more time to stay and see more of the local area. Claudia was a great host and very accommodating when arranging this and during their stay. I will always choose the option of renting one of her properties when we have friends or family coming to visit when it is a couple of a family.
