Located opposite NESCOL, it is close to Lidl, Morrisons and the Bon Accord Centre, a short walk to Union Street and about half a mile from the University of Aberdeen. Bedrooms are light and roomy. Fully equipped kitchen, open plan TV lounge and seating area and a balcony to the front. Great location for visiting the town centre with regular bus services to Union Square, the airport and TECA/P&J Live.

My stay with Kev was truly excellent. He was a kind, thoughtful, and communicative host who did his best to make sure I felt safe and at home. His place was lovely and my room was very comfortable. The area was pleasant and quiet, and it was an easy walk or bus trip to the city center. If I'm ever able to return to Aberdeen, I'd hope to stay with him again.

A nice and cozy place not far from Union Street. Even if it is not located in the picturesque old Aberdeen, the place is calm, supermarkets, bus stops and restaurants are nearby, the apartment is homely and the owners very nice and helpful.

Mike is a really good host. Finds it important to connect with his guests and sees to it they have pleasant stay. Nice room and bathroom. Centre of Aberdeen within 15 minutes walk. He made us a nice breakfast

A modern spotlessly clean flat with plenty of room and a bit of a hotel vibe. Crisp sheets. Plenty of pillows. Beautiful equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom. You can walk downtown in about 15 minutes. Kind of narrow stone stairs up to a back entrance, not a problem but could be an issue if you are mobility challenged. All in all, great value for the money. Friendly hosts.

Lynn was so friendly and sweet! She gave great local recommendations and let me leave my bags there after checking out with no issues. The space was as pictured and the breakfast was a decent spread. I liked that it was very quiet and still within walking distance of the city center.
