This place was incredibly adorable, decorated perfectly and also in an incredible neighborhood. This is a place I will bookmark for all my future stays in Detroit. Also, who doesn’t love a coach house? It has all the flavor of historic Detroit, but is also located really close to great coffee, shops, restaurants, and other things to do. We will be back soon..

Lovely place in Detroit. Nearby by many good restaurants and not too far from downtown. The private parking lot was a big bonus for us and the building itself felt really safe knowing how Detroit can be. The apartment looked as in pictures and had any basic needed necessities. The host is good at responding to any questions or giving recommendations. Would definitely come back or recommend it to friends.

The place was fantastic. Her directions with pictures made it really easy to find. Check-in was super easy. The place was extremely clean and well stocked. And very quiet. She was extremely responsive. Check out was a breeze. Didn’t make the guest do tons of cleaning. Can’t wait to stay there again soon. was absolutely perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home, which has a great location near the waterfront. The house itself is cozy and beautifully decorated, perfectly blending charm with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed, which ensured restful nights after long walks exploring the waterfront and the town of Walkerville. We felt right at home at Michael's house! The location was perfect for exploring all the fun that downtown Ferndale had to offer! We appreciated how clean Michael's home was and all of the fun and diverse decor! Michael communicated every detail we needed to know and was always quick with a friendly response. Liz and Zach are great host. The place is spotless with plenty of room. The basement is very cozy with a very comfortable bed. Definitely the hang out spot in the house. The location is great. Right across the street from one of my favorite shops Retro Rescuers and very close to downtown. The backyard is adorable with a great seating area and enough space for your little pup to run around in. LGBTQ friendly. Check in directions were very simple and easy to follow. Would recommend to others and we would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect location for us while visiting family in the area. We worked remotely, so having the second bedroom set up as an office was perfect for us and the wifi worked well for video calls. The bed was on the firmer side, but was comfortable. We'd love to stay here again in the future!

Jeff's place was perfect for a week long stay, I felt very much at home. Location is convenient to downtown. Very clean, the bed and couch were super comfy, had a kitchen stocked enough to cook daily, and included lots of extra towels, blankets and laundry and bathroom supplies. Host was very responsive and I'd book again anytime.

Elainea's condo was a nice size with full kitchen and our stay was peaceful and quiet. Elainea was very responsive to any questions, and I would stay again if in the area!

This was the perfect spot for our group of 2 couples. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, a pretty view of the pond and it was close to everything we wanted to do for our stay!
