The in law is entire lower level of home- approx. 900 sq. ft. It's private, sunny with own entrance and yard, facing undeveloped woods. Mornings & nights are great for patio or visiting at fire pit. (after June firepit not allowed due to CA fire danger) A rustic, gravel path takes you to your door. Whoever books must be guest & we'll need photo of you! (not sunset!) Please be ok with the fact that 2 dogs live upstairs.

Sweet and private guest suite. Very sunny and up-lifting. Beautiful home in a rural setting. Large yard. located just off the 580 and the 13 freeways in Oakland and close to everything. One block from one of the most beautiful trails in the east bay. Super close to tons of state parks and yet just 15 minutes to San Francisco The unit has a private entrance, private bathroom and full equipped kitchen. No pets please.
