Newly Updated Home w/Easy Access to I-85/I-40

Newly decorated home, in quiet, safe neighborhood. It is centrally located between Greensboro(25 miles) and Durham/Chapel Hill (25 miles). Perfect location for traveling nurses. We are also about 4.5 miles from Mebane and 8 miles from Elon. Check out my guidebook with lots of places to visit in the surrounding area. There is a large deck with seating perfect for grilling out, and a well stocked kitchen. Both bedrooms have adjustable queen size beds with luxury linens and Smart TV’s.

Radiant heat. AC. Mini fridge and microwave, electric kettle, Chemex coffee maker and French Press, excellent wifi. Unique space in one of the best country neighborhoods around. 6.5 miles to Hillsborough healthy grocery store, 8 to Carrboro/Chapel Hill, 18 to Durham. Serene pond and grounds.

Our home is a great central location situated between Chapel Hill and Greensboro and minutes from hiking and kayaking locations on the Haw River. Plush linens, mattresses, and stocked with amazing bath soaps. This is the perfect location for exploring North Carolina’s Piedmont region!
