Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Fred and Cathrin are wonderful hosts and thanks to their open nature, the interaction is relaxed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.😊

I had a great night at Guillaume's. The room is as described: clean, comfortable and well furnished. The welcome was warm and the communication was very smooth from start to finish. They are by far the best hosts we have had. Only regret... not having time to share a meal with them. Don't hesitate to leave with a case of Damien's Riesling, it's excellent... Another tip, wait for the sunny days for Alsace, the Christmas markets are not essential...
