Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The cozy apartment in the basement has a newly renovate bathroom with XXL shower and Rainshower shower head. The kitchenette with ceramic hob is fully equipped. The dining room has a nice TV area with a large sofa bed and a dining table for four people to sit on. A large wooden deck, where you can enjoy the sunset in the summer, may also be used.
