Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have friendly furnishings on the 1st floor of our large, older house, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us. At the entrance of the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 minutes) and car (P at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region. Farmers' shop, bakeries, butchers are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

A small apartment (approx. 15 square meters) for 1-2 people awaits you above Imst. A terrace is available for your personal use via a separate entrance. Parking is available. Behind the house there is a beautiful forest path via which you can walk in approx. 20 minutes you can reach Hoch-Imst with numerous leisure activities (mountain railways, swimming pond, Alpine coaster, restaurants, ski resort). The city of Imst can be reached by car in about 5 - 7 minutes.

Kissed by the morning sun with fantastic views of the Ötzer mountains, it offers everything for guests who do not want to do without style and enjoyment on vacation. Directly in the historic and traffic-calmed center of Oetz with its numerous shops and restaurants.

Die modere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit ca. 70qm für 2 bis 6 Personen liegt knapp oberhalb des Ortsgebietes und bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und das Dorf. Das Haus in welchem sich die Wohnung befindet sich am Waldrand und lädt von dort zu einer direkten Wanderung oder Radtour in die Berge ein. Das Ortszentrum, sowie das nahe gelegene Schwimmbad und die Bergbahnen sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
