Robert’s place is just as described!! Clean, organized and well located in the heart of the metro area - easy access to airport, old San Juan, condado, Carolina! Robert is an exceptionally responsive host, almost instantaneous responses. Would definitely stay here again!!

Miguel was wonderful and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay, everything was convenient and easy! The place was as described and very clean.

Had a lovely stay at this unit. Equipped with solar panels so I never had to worry about losing power and you are 10-15 minutes away from everything in the metro area. Groceries, bars, restaurants, parks, shopping centers and even a hospital all within walking distance. Hosts were extremely kind and responsive if you have any questions. The garden is beautiful and you even have local parrots you can enjoy nearby. 10 out of 10, would do it again!

Very nice apartment with all necessary amenities for a longer stay. Comfortable bed, hot shower and well functioning AC. Laundry available outside. The place has a generator in case of power outages. Neighborhood is very calm and quiet. Not that much to do. Shopping center nearby. Far from Old San Juan and beach but close to Tren Urbano and busses. WiFi is generally ok, but falls out once in while. We used roaming from our phones as backup for work.

Suzette’s place was a perfect stay. Within an short distance to Old San Juan and many beaches. Gave us a flexible check in as we had switched over from another bnb that wasn’t really suitable for our needs as we had our infant daughter hater with us. An amazing brunch spot was a 3 minute walk away which we were able to go to everyday. All in all we will definitely try to book here again anytime we are staying in Puerto Rico

Samuel was very communicative & straight forward with his rules which were respected. TH e house was super clean & beautiful for all my friends to stay. very Very thankful that he let us stay till our flight left which was in the afternoon. Great house, great host & great communication

Jorge was a great host! Very Responsive and provided great detail on check in process and house rules.

This home was extremely comfortable for our family of 5. Our young kids loved the bedrooms, the toys, and hammock. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We greatly appreciated the children’s books and toys. The only down side was that we couldn’t have guests come over to the house for dinner/breakfast or to chat. Since we were in PR visiting family, the no visitors rule was a huge downside for us that we didn’t notice when we booked the Airbnb. So just be aware no one can enter the house that is not included in the reservation.

The place is as pictured. The host Lucy was very kind and made sure that everything was okay. My daughter got sick during our stay and Lucy volunteered to wash the blankets and the next day checked to see how my daughter was feeling. The neighborhood doesn’t look the best but we didn’t have any issues with the people there. This location is close to many activities if you have a car. The downside was that there wasn’t no outdoor sitting area to sit back and relax and take in the breeze or have a sip of tea. And the blackout with no generator. Hoping the food in the refrigerator doesn’t go bad and the unknown of when the power would go back on. Lucy offered an extension cord from her place next door to plug in a fan. Very thoughtful. Overall nice and comfortable stay.

This was by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at . It was local to everything that me and my friends wanted to do . The place was extremely clean . The host was extremely responsive and helpful . Whenever I come back to Puerto Rico , I’ll be definitely be booking again with Maribel !! I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend!

Dominick’s place was wonderful. From the style of home, to amenities provided, even the location was excellent. 10min away from anywhere major we wanted to go, rooms were beautiful and absolutely on point for what we’re looking for with a large group, and as a host Dominick was very responsive, communicative, as well as sent us a list of recs in the area. Would 100% book again

JB was a great host, Very responsive and gave clear instructions. The house is close to everything you would need, supermarkets, mall, food ,etc. Neighborhood is quite and peaceful. overall great experience and will be booking in the future.

This Airbnb is as wonderful . Perfect location only 10 minutes away from major tourist attractions. Great for getting to experience San Juan without having to deal with the traffic everyday. The host was super responsive and was quick to answer any questions

Javier’s place was a 10/10! This is my 4th time I’ve been to San Juan in the past three months and this place beat every other place I have stayed at in my previous trips. The place looks exactly like the pictures listed. The place was clean. The location was great since La Placita is there as soon as you step out of the building. Like almost review mentions it does get a little loud during the evening but the window block it out and most of the time it’s an enjoyable vibe. The wrap around balcony is great and the views are amazing. Definitely recommend if you want to stay somewhere near La Placita, where everything is close by, and Ubers are very inexpensive.

Manish is an amazing host and his apartment was well stocked with everything. He had a blender, sunscreen, bug spray, full kitchen, and even had some bacardi in the liquor cabinet! We felt at home and didnt need much while we were there. Manish communicated the check in instructions clearly through videos which made check in easy. It was really easy to go to the beach, but I recommend getting out there early to get an umbrella. Also, be aware this part of the beach is a party area.

Great location and host for first trip to PR . Felt at home, easy to navigate, great eats .. close to the beach, felt safe! So much stores near by. Erick was very kind and informative. Literally everything was easy breeezy! Will be returning 😎

Very responsive host, the apartment was clean and it had great lighting. The kitchen has lots of cups and plates and even pots to cook, which to me was a plus. The place is pristine, secure and modern. I felt safe and comfortable! Walking distance from distrito t-mobile and a few restaurants as well. Also a few minutes in car from old San Juan ! This place is a great stay and everything looked new and clean.

we very much enjoyed staying at Monique’s apartment! Very convenient to have the supermarket on the main floor, as well as free parking and the proximity to the park behind the buildings!

This space was a good area close to Condado beach a very short walk, the lagoon was beautiful. The restaurants near by were more tourist and not authentic I would recommend other places to eat around the area instead the places were really expensive. We had no issues with parking except one night but a neighbor helped us out The only issue we ran into was learning to use the buzzer and when leaving having to come down open the gate and then go back up to put the gate key and all back inside, overall it’s a cool place no issues

I always stay in this building whenever I visit PR. This was my first time staying in this apartment and it was wonderful. The view is amazing and I was so lucky to wake up to it everyday. Central location and appreciated the 24/7 security.
