The small house is on a farm in Hasliberg Goldern. It is cozy and very simply decorated. If you are young, love nature and animals, are sporty with outdoor activities and love the simple country life without TV and WIFI then you are exactly right with us! The small and low house is reminiscent of Heidi life with a well-equipped kitchen, living room and a double bed on the upper floor. The bathroom with shower is downstairs in the entrance area.
“Out of the 5 places we stayed at in our Switzerland trip, this was our favorite. I’d say it’s perfect for two people. Eldiweiss outside the front door, and red and white plaid curtains that match the bed sheets. An amazing view out the window and honestly, an amazing experience if you want to get your hands dirty. We were so happy that we got to help and learn the dairy farm experience. And Monika’s husband was very kind to let us tag along and teach us. It will be a memory we have forever. This little cabin was also cozy and perfect for a day after the farm life. The bathroom is conveniently located right near the front door and the bedroom/kitchen is up the stairs. It had things a lot of other places didn’t, like a microwave and toaster which was nice. It was also the only place out of the 5 that had different door knobs and locks (the sameness of Switzerland was driving me a little crazy). The layout was unique in a very fun way, perfect for summer or even now in late October but I’m not sure I’d want to stay here in the dead of winter as the walk to the bathroom would be a little chilly but maybe worth it as it was kind of fun having the change of temperature and getting into the cozy room at the top. It was such a fun experience in an adult size playhouse. The people who live in the main house are very nice, their animals are very sweet and it’s fun to be able to pet their cows. The bed was very nice, not soft by American standards but a softer “medium/firm” than the other beds we slept on during this trip. Overall, this is the only place I liked enough to stay at again. Very small town romantic, not to mention you can have an amazing romantic dinner at the very elegant Wetterhorn Hotel down the road about 5 minutes.”

“We loved our stay! There are no words to describe the view! The hosts were amazing and even gave us beer when we arrived. They provided local tips, which made our stay very special. We also got to let their cows and rabbits. The only difficult part was getting there. Google maps has 2 different route options. Do not go the dirt road route- make sure you go the other way as we got stuck. You cannot go wrong staying here! The beds were also very comfortable!”
Our 3 bedroom home is in the heart of Hasliberg-Reuti in the Bernese Alps. Enjoy the panoramic view right from the living room, the balcony and the master bedroom. In the winter months, light a fire in the fireplace for a cozy evening. The well-equipped kitchen, large dining table, enough seating in the living room for everyone, and six beds all make it feel like home. Located just steps from the gondola, you'll be on the slopes or hiking trails within minutes.
“This is our second time at Neera's apartment. It is really like home away from home. Everything works so well for our family because the flat is so comfortable and convenient. Our nearly 7 and nearly 4 year old kids were both in ski classes the week we were there. They both loved the ski school and teachers. We enjoyed our ski week as well as the sunny balcony when we got back to the flat. The kitchen is very functional and we enjoyed having dinner at the flat each evening. We also forgot a couple items in the flat but Neera is very kindly sending them back to us. We will be back again.”
