The building is old, but the room you stay in is renovated. It is 10 minutes by express train from JR Nagoya Station and 5 minutes on foot from Owari Ichinomiya Station, so it has good access. It takes about 50 minutes to get to Meitetsu Ichinomiya Station from Centrair without changing trains. JR Gifu Station is also 10 minutes away, making it convenient for sightseeing when using this as a base. The living room on the first floor is about 40 ㎡ and the bedroom on the second floor is about 30 ㎡. There are about 3,000 manga books in the living room, and you can't watch broadcast TV, but you can watch Netflix, so it's also recommended for longer stays. The bedroom has 3 single beds, 1 bunk bed, and 3 futons, accommodating a total of 8 people. The single bed mattress is "Serta", the futon mattress is "TEMPUR", and the comforter is feather, so you can sleep comfortably. Ichinomiya City is famous as Oshu Ichinomiya, one of the world's three largest producers of woolen fabrics. "Moegi" is an old folk house lodging along the Nakasendo in Gifu. We renovated a 60-year-old, 150㎡ old private house to create a private lodging where you can relax. "Moegi" is the name of a traditional Japanese color. It was named to wish for a "good start'' and "child's growth.'' There is a playroom of approximately 32 m² for children. Don't worry if you can't go sightseeing due to rain. There are also many sightseeing spots in the area, making it an ideal base for sightseeing.
