Vacation rentals with an EV charger in HaSharon

Had a great stay. Booked 2 of nissim's flats including this one (3 min walking distance from each other) for 2 toddlers and 5 grown ups. The apartments were super clean and comfy. Had everything you would need for your stay. Nissim even provided us with milk in the fridge and a bottle of wine. The compound has play grounds for kids, 2 heated swimming pools close by and open for guests and a small supermarket. The kids had plenty to do during our stay.

הדירה הייתה בדיוק כמו בתמונות – מרווחת, נקייה ומטופחת, עם נוף פשוט עוצר נשימה לים. לשבת בבוקר עם קפה מול הנוף הזה זו חוויה שלא שוכחים. יש חניה פרטית ונוחה, שזה בונוס משמעותי באזור. ניקיטה המארח היה יוצא מן הכלל – תמיד זמין, קשוב ונתן תחושה שיש על מי לסמוך. ממליצה בחום לכל מי שמחפש חופשה רגועה באווירה מושלמת.

השהות שלנו בדירה הייתה פשוט מושלמת! הדירה ברמה גבוהה מאוד – נקייה בצורה יוצאת דופן, מרוהטת ומאובזרת עד הפרט האחרון, ניכר שחשבו כאן על כל מה שצריך בשביל להרגיש בבית (ואפילו יותר!). המיקום פשוט מעולה – נוח, מרכזי ושקט בו-זמנית. מכון הכושר, המתחם המשותף והתחושה הכללית - כמו בניו יורק. ולא פחות חשוב – בעל הדירה היה מקסים, זמין, אדיב ודאג שהכול יתנהל על הצד הטוב ביותר. היה לנו ממש קשה לעזוב... ממליצים בחום ונשמח לחזור שוב בעתיד!

The apartment is located in a nice area, quiet, near the beach, near a golf course. Kind of a good spot in the middle between Haifa in the north and Tel aviv with its hustle bustle. Carlos was responsive and was easy to communicate with. Thank you

I always look for prompt communication, clean and quiet place. Tom place delivered way and beyond; and on many more aspects of hospitality. I choose the location as I wanted to be near my family. I didn’t expect Tom’s family to welcome me as family. From offering to get me something from the grocery store, to asking if there is anything else I need, to making sure I know how to operate everything. The studio is very nice, well-equipped, specious, quiet and well suited for 2-3 people. (I was by myself.) The bed is very comfortable, plenty of lights, good shades that facilitate full darkness, nice size patio with big table and comfortable chairs, efficient AC, and nice hot shower with good water pressure. The washer and dryer is an extra bonus, although I didn’t need to use it this time around; I hand wash a few items and conveniently use the drying rack on the patio. BTW, the patio has lights which add a kind of magic atmosphere at evening time. I do hope to stay here again!

The place was excellent. The location was perfect. It was bright, sunny, clean and well equipped. Cyril was helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend it to others.

I truly couldnt have asked for anything better. Marc's apartment was gorgeous with an amazing living room and deck which we got to enjoy. The location couldn't be more perfect, in the heart of the super cool Neve Tsedek neighborhood, and very close to the beach and shuk, and also to jaffa. The apartment was spotless, and had everything we needed. Also super fast wifi, a laundry machine and amazing kitchen. Marc was so thoughtful and accommodating. One of my favorite airbnb's ive stayed at.

דאגו לנו לכל מה שהיה צריך ויותר! ארז אירח אותנו ביד רחבה והיה זמין לכל בקשה. ממליצה לכל כלה על התארגנות שם. מקום מדהים :)

The house was in a fabulous location, spotless fully stocked with everything needed. Charlotte was thorough with house instructions at check in. A bonus was that it was a 2 minute walk to a coffee shop and supermarket and 10 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the ruins of Casearea.

הבית של עדי מושלם! אנחנו משפחה שמטיילת הרבה והבית הזה מהמם ונהננו ממנו מאוד. הבית מיוחד עם פרטים קטנים והמון השקעה, יש הרבה משחקים לילדים חצר והוא נמצא במרחק קצר מהים. התקשורת מול עדי הייתה מעולה, היא מקסימה ואירחה אותנו בצורה מאוד אכפתית וחשבה על כל פרט. ממליצה בחום!

Stayed for 5 nights as a family of 6. Plenty of space inside and out. Kids enjoyed the xbox in the rustic outhouse and the large garden brought nature to our doorstep. Great location for lots of family friendly activities including wonderful beaches and hikes. House was clean and the hosts were very responsive even when abroad.

הבית של מירב מאוד גדול ומרווח, היינו 9 נפשות (מתוכן 3 ילדים) ונהננו בכל רגע, הבית היה מאד נקי ומסודר, המטבח מאובזר וגדול. קיבלנו יחס מאד חם,  בנוסף לפינוקים /מתנות שהשאירו בשולחן! גם סידורי הקליטה ועזיבה היו פשוטים וקלים, קיבלנו ממירב את כל ההסברים הדרושים להפעלת שתי הטלביזיות ומכשירי חשמל החדישים. כמו כן שאלו בהזדמנויות שונות בווטסאפ וטלפון אם חסר לנו משהו והמליצו  לנו מה כדאי לבקר באזור.  הסביבה כפרית, בצמוד לבית שתי חצרות קטנותם אחת עם דשא והשניה עם מתקנים לילדים כמו מגלשה קטנה ועוד. החניה גדולה ועל הרחוב ללא מוצא שליד הבית כמעט לא עוברות מכוניות כך שילדים יכולים לשחק בביטחון שם, יש גם מתקן לכדורסל. אחד מהילדים בן 3; ביקש שנבוא שוב לנופש בחופש הבא.

Great stay and great host. Super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. This was a great place for us - within walking distance of our family at the kibbutz next door. Small, quiet community.

We want to go BACK! Best Air B & B we’ve stayed in!!! We loved the pool, the sunsets and the location. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful. The house was spacious, clean and extremely functional!

Another fantastic stay at this place! This was the third time and everything was just perfect. Our kids love the space and everything is great for a short or long stay. A very thoughtful layout, relaxing environment, and the sun filled home is up lifting. As part of this work / fun trip, it's a 15-20 minute walk to the Binyamina train station, a 3-minute walk to the Binyamina winery, there's a convenience store 2 minutes away and malls, grocery stores, and beaches 5-15 minute drives away. וילה מקסימה, ניכר שעוצבה לפרטי פרטים. התחתנו בחדרה ולכן המיקום היה טוב עבורנו, השתמשנו בוילה לצורך התארגנות ושינה לאחר החתונה.

We are a family of five. We stayed here for a week over the holiday to be closer to friends who live in the area. The house is really nice and the yard is a great bonus! Plenty of space for us to spread out. Lovely neighborhood with plenty to walk to. I went for a walk every morning and ended with coffee at a local shop. Aviram was always responsive when texted and the apartment was adequately outfitted. (I do wish there were extra linens, but we just washed what we were given.)

הדירה הייתה מושלמת היה כל מה שצריך בדיוק מה שביקשנו , שני חדרי שינה , מטבח , סלון וכמובן מרפסת עם נוף מדהים !! תודה לאלכסנדר (אבא של דניאל ) שהיה תמיד זמין ומאוד עזר לנו בכל שאלה או בקשה . המקום נפלא שקט ומגודר ויש בו הכל מהכל !! נהנינו מכל דקה , בטוח נחוזר :)

החוויה הייתה מדהימה. ראשית דניאל נתן את כל המידע הרלוונטי ואף מעבר לכך, הציע מעצמו דברים שימושיים עבורנו. הבניין נקי מטופל ושמור, הדירה עצמה מרוהטת בצורה מושלמת, הכל מסודר, הכל היה נעים ומזמין. פשוט לא רצינו לעזוב!! ממליץ בחום!

Everything about this apartment was amazing. I will start with the actual apartment. The photos represent the apartment entirely. Every room was beautiful as pictured. The childrens room with toys was an absolute deight for the adults and baby as it kept him occupied daily. The building is brand new and all the neibors and doormen are friendly and helpful. The balcony was a beautiful spot to watch the sun set every night. We felt completely at home, cooked and did laundry as if we were locals in our home apartment. There was quick delivery for groceries and food Via the Wolt delivery app. The apartment is located near numerous childrens parks, malls and close cab ride to the beach. Gil was a pleasure to work with while planning the trip and went out of his way to set us up with a borrowed crib, a driver, and anything else we needed. We felt like we were at home but with the luxury of a beautiful apartment in Tel Aviv. We will definitely return!
