Very nice hostess. Always ready to meet, constantly asks if everything is in order and if anything else is needed. The apartment is small, but very clean and cozy. There is air conditioning. The shower has a very powerful stream of water, I would even say a little too much, but there is always hot water. The bed linen is high-quality and pleasant, made of natural fabrics, the towels are also natural cotton and fluffy. Close to the sea and only 10 minutes walk to the nearest large shopping center with a grocery store. There are always several free parking spaces on the street. The mattress is high-quality and the pillows are orthopedic. We liked everything very much. In addition there were cooking facilities and nespresso coffee machine. Even capsules for it waited for us at arrival

Appartement idéalement situé à deux pas du kikar et à quelques minutes de la plage. Il est aussi à deux pas des commerces. L’appartement était vraiment spacieux pour accueillir une famille avec enfant et bébé. Tout s’est tres bien passé. L’hote, Barbara, est vraiment très sérieuse et réactive en cas de besoin ou de demande particulière. Le seul petit hic était le parking qui était souvent plein mais on peut trouver tres facilement des places dans la rue en face de l’immeuble. Prévoyez juste un budget Pango si votre voiture reste statique de 9h à 19h (environ 5 shekel de l’heure)

My parents have enjoyed their stay at Lisa's appartment. The host was helpful and attentive, the appartment comfortable and well-equipped, and close to the beach.

Notre séjour au sein de l’appartement de Mordehai s’est extrêmement bien déroulé ! L’emplacement exceptionnel ( a deux minutes du kikar à pied) , la propreté et la réactivité de Mordehai nous ont permis de nous sentir extrêmement à l’aise ! Les lits sont quand à eux très confortables, ce qui est un critère important pour mon époux. Les chambres et le salon sont parfumés délicatement ce qui apporte d’autant plus de douceur et de fraîcheur ! Je n’ai rien à redire ! Je garde en tête cet appartement pour mon séjour prochain! Le séjour s’est très bien passé. L’appartement était propre, grand avec tout le mobilier nécessaire .

הדירה ממוקמת ליד הים, נוח להגיע אליה והחניה מתבססת על מקום פנוי ברחוב. הכינו לנו את הדירה מוקדם יותר מהשעה המקורית של הצ'ק אין וניתנו הוראות וסרטונים ברורים איך להגיע לדירה למפתח. הדירה מאוד מנימלית בגודלה אבל יש בה כל מה שצריך!! מקרר קטן, כירה, כלי מטבח, שירותים מקחלת, מיטה וטלוויזיה. מאד נהנו! תודה!!

Highly Recommended! The house is beautiful and the stay was absolutely amazing. Communication with the hosts was excellent – they were responsive, helpful, and kind. We loved our stay at this charming beach house! 🌿🏖️! Perfect for couples (suitable for up to 4 people). From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The house is nestled in a peaceful garden setting just steps away from the beach — we could literally hear the waves from the garden. One of our favorite features was the outdoor shower — there’s nothing like rinsing off under the open sky after a salty swim :) The living room is cosy and inviting, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed to cook a few delicious meals at home. Communication with Isaac was easy, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Thanks Isaac for the hospitality 🌈🥂🙌

We had an excellent time at the house. Beds are comfy, kitchen and baths are well equipped and the livingroom/patio very inviting to spend time, especially when it gets so hot during the day. Communication with Lynn was easy and direct. Especially when we there was a problem with the hot water on a Shabbat she was extremely helpful coordinating with Shimon who knows what he’s doing but unfortunately doesn’t speak English. They fixed everything within 24h and also made a late checkout possible, which is always appreciated, especially when you have a late flight and want to squeeze in that last trip to the beach. The area is very nice, residential and relatively quiet. Next door is a kindergarden, so you have some life around you and don’t feel like it’s too isolated. Supermarkets etc easy to reach. The promenade to the beach is 5min away by car, walking takes a little longer but takes you through a nice neighbourhood. Wholeheartedly recommend to stay here!

Anat was an amazing host. We loved the house and the adorable, snuggly cats :)

The Gardens and pool were stunning. The beach was private, if a little difficult for us to get to. the litchen was well equipped and the hpuse was large with plenty of room for all. Rivka was a delight and attentive to all our requests.

We love staying in Yishai’s home in Netanya. Great location, homie modern vibe, clean and functional. We looking forward to coming back bH

Yuri est très gentil et réactif à toute demande. Le logement est super mais mériterait quelques petites améliorations. Il est placé proche du kikar et de la plage ce qui est tres agréable. Je recommande !

שכרנו את הבית לעשרה ימים והיה שווה כל שקל. החצר המרווחת, הבית נוח ונעים. בעל הבית זמין ועזר בכל מה שביקשנו. בהחלט נחזור שוב!

Hôte très flexible très sympathique bref parfait / logement personnel de l hôte mis à disposition pour les clients Airbnb offrant donc tous les ustensiles machines et commodités d un logement 100% « vivant »

Vanessa was on site most of the time and always answered our queries and was very approachable The studio was close to the busstop to TelAviv etc which was good. We could walk to the Mall and the new site Piano for supermarket chemist etc The kitchen needs a lot of improvement as really couldn’t do more than breakfast and salads We would come again though as we liked the position of the apartment for us but it’s no good if you want a beach holiday I’m afraid. Especially in the heat for the walk

הדירה יפה ודי מרווחת, מתאימה למשפחה של 5-6 אנשים. הנוף שנשקף מהחלונות מהמם ביופיו, בדיוק כמו בתמונות. הדירה ממוקמת בבניין ששוכן ממש על קו החוף ולמי שאוהב ים זה יתרון אדיר. אנחנו בילינו כמעט כל יום מספר שעות בחוף המוסדר שנמצא ממש מתחת וזה היה כיף אדיר. כמו כן יש טיילת יפה שמתחילה ממש קרוב לבניין ונחמד לטייל בה. על אף הקרבה לחוף ולטיילת, הדירה מאד שקטה. בדירה מטבח קטן עם כיריים גז ותנור אפייה וניתן לבשל. כמו כן, מול הדירה יש סופר קטן וזה מאד נוח, אם צריך השלמות של מצרכים. עד כאן היה מושלם. החסרון היחיד מבחינתנו היה העובדה שהמזגנים בחדרי השינה לא עבדו כהלכה (אחד לא ממש קירר והשני השפריץ מים), נדרש לתקן. לעומתם המזגן המרכזי בסלון עבד מצוין והשתמשנו בעיקר בו לקירור הבית. לקחת בחשבון שהמארחים אינם זמינים למענה לפניות בשבת, אם צריך משהו כדאי לתפוס אותם לפני כניסת שבת. תודה מוריס ויצחק, נהננו מאד מהחופשה שלנו.

We stayed at Joel's place from July 31 – Sept. 3, 2023. Before we arrived, we had some questions. We contacted the host (Joel) and he responded immediately with all the information we needed. When we arrived the place was very clean. We were 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) and the place accommodated us very comfortably. It had everything you needed. The view from the balcony is amazing. It faces the sea and you get an unobstructed view. We spent many a mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the sea. There were a couple of minor issues when we were there but they were attended to immediately by the hosts and did not cause us any inconvenience. On a couple of occasions, the hosts came around with wine and cake including a very tasty apple pie baked by Joel. The hosts are very nice people who did everything to ensure our stay was enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience all around and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

The apartments are great, very cozy and with everything one needs for a stay. The location is Netanya old city center and not far from the sea, with almost all the transportation and infrastructure available. Loved it very much!
