Haus Philip is a very cozy and modern log cabin directly in an exposed unique location on the ski slope. The location is perfect: it is close to nature and central - borders DIRECTLY on the nature reserve and apart from the ski and toboggan meadow, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center are also accessible. Newly built in the fall of 2016, the house has an upscale, friendly-modern interior - with underfloor heating, fireplace, private sauna, Sky and Netflix and a BOSEbox

You have the beautiful old town (very worthwhile!) not far away, many hiking trails right outside the door, a waterfall and lake, a pizzeria in the house and above all the beautiful World Heritage Site mine right in front of you. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment has a built-in kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linens. Our apartment has about 70 m² of living space divided into 3 rooms, hallway and bathroom, a great size for 4 to 6 people. The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good.

My "little hut" is located in the beautiful village of Stapelburg in the Harz Mountains between Wernigerode and Bad Harzburg/Goslar. Last year, a real gem with a lot of love for detail emerged from a "junk shed." My place is on a quiet side street, and parking is available right in front of the house. The "Schüppchen" is hidden behind my house and is accessible via a comfortable external staircase.

The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance.
