Great place to stay with a short walk or drive to nearby beaches. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the place since we wanted to get out on the water and explore.

You cannot beat the location, you’re right in the center of town but with the benefit of a parking spot. The place itself was clean, new and well designed. Looks just like the photos!

This BNB was cute, clean and walking distance to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, store and mainly the beach. The host quickly responded to some questions we had. He even called to answer a question that we had. We loved this place. Nice TV's in all rooms. Clean bathrooms and kitchen. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

My wife and I had a great stay! Great space for two, but the location and property and the highlights. The minute long walk to the beach (or the Adirondack chairs overlooking the beach!) made everything relaxing and easy, and it’s centrally located enough that we could quickly and easily took day trips to other towns or long walks to dinner places and never felt like we were too far or too out of the way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the place was very comfortable. The instructions as well as the check-in were easy and simple! Communicating with Jeff was also super easy. This pace was super convenient for us as we were participating in a weekend golfing event at Captains Golf Course which is located very close to Ocean Edge Resort. The home is lovely and very well maintained. I would highly recommend this place!

Great place, and a great location. Our family enjoyed Sean’s place after a day of visiting family and exploring Plymouth. Such a fun area, thanks for letting us enjoy your place.

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

We were first time visitors to Cape Cod and this was a great location to explore all areas of the Cape. We went biking, played pickleball, found wonderful places to eat, took a couple trips to Provincetown and enjoyed our evening walks to watch the sun set beachside. Helen was responsive and helpful and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

This was an amazing spot. We had a small group come over and we all enjoyed the stay. Is near a beautiful view of the beach. U have breakfast, lunch and dinner with a bar downstairs which is super convenient for a small group traveling here. Beautiful interior , super spacious. Enough parking space for a group. I recommend it to everyone! Thank you for the nice stay!

This rental is absolutely stunning! We had such a wonderful time!! Coffee shop right under us was a special treat! Walking distance to everything - little walking path to get you to the beach and get very clean! Large space, clean, and comfortable! One heads up- clean sheets and towels are in laundry bags when you get there make your own bed and put out towels!

Great location - walkable to downtown Falmouth, many nice trails, and the farmer's market. Long walk or short drive to Woods Hole (for Pie In The Sky and WHOI). Also very close to Windfall Market for some quick and easy food. Great host - Brian was very responsive and clear with instructions. There was a kitchen item missing, and Brian brought a new replacement in a day. The space is slightly cramped - the kitchen and couch and dining table are all in 1 room, so there isn't a much space to hang out as a group.

Perfect location right near the beach, cosy place to stay with everything we needed to be comfortable. Loved it!

The place was just as the pictures showed and is in a great location. Easy in and out to the highway yet quiet in the evenings. The backyard is very roomy and a nice feature at the end of the night. I'd recommend David's place.

Place was immaculate, if I was in the market, I’d definitely consider buying in this community. Although there was only one assigned parking spot, parking was not an issue for our 2nd car.

Our family had a wonderful time at Villa Balena. The unit was comfortable and very clean. The management was very friendly and prompt with the responses. The facility was well maintained and some appliances looked brand new. The location was very peaceful and the view outside was amazing. We visited during the Thanksgiving holiday and we were impressed that they had prepared the tools for preparing a turkey meal! We are looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

The unit was secure and in a nice area. Close to shopping, sightseeing, and beaches. The unit was bright and cheery and clean. Keith is a good host.

My wife and I wanted a little end of summer get away and we couldn’t have been happier choosing Alexa’s condo at Ocean Edge! The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and everything we could have wanted for our short vacation. Alexa was always very responsive and friendly, we’ll certainly be keeping her in mind for our next cape vacation! Highly recommend for small families and couples!

The place was very comfortable with beautiful views of the ocean. It was off season & a bit cool so we really enjoyed the indoor heated pool & jacuzzi and walking the beach. So nice to hear the surf when falling asleep! The space was clean & comfortable and the cozy fireplace delightful on the cool nights.
