We really enjoyed our stay at this super cute Airbnb! The location was perfect — just a quick drive to everywhere we wanted to go, which made exploring the area super convenient. The space itself was clean, cozy, and had such a charming vibe. One thing to note is that there’s no AC, which I didn’t realize ahead of time. It wasn’t a dealbreaker by any means, but as a cold sleeper, it was a bit warm for me in June — just something to keep in mind depending on the season. Overall, it was a lovely place and a great spot for a getaway!

We had a great stay at William’s. The location was beautiful and the house was comfortable. We had a great mix of day-tripping and relaxing with a view. We also ran into William and he was very helpful and friendly.

Everything was as described & the location was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware & spices. The beds were comfortable & the deck was relaxing. The steps upstairs & downstairs were very steep & narrow.

We enjoyed our stay. we felt at home. very spacious and cozy. this house has everything you need for your stay. Very close to Rutland. The fresh baked apple pie was a bonus. It was so delicious. Everything was perfect for us! Thank you! We will definitely be back again!

Dan & Holly are amazing hosts. They provided everything needed to make our week great. They left dining recommendations and all of the information we needed for the property. It was the perfect space for our family. The on-site amenities were great. The pool space was super clean and the staff was amazing. The property is well maintained and we had everything we needed to feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Downtown Rutland was a short drive, and there was so much to see just minutes from the property. Dan & Holly are extremely responsive and truly think of everything. We had no questions and checking in and out was a breeze because they are so thorough. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Jenna' place was great! Nice open and comfy feel to the living room and dining room. The kitchen was well stocked and really clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were cozy. I would definitely recommend Jenna's home.

We stayed at Michael’s place for 5 nights for our son’s graduation at Dartmouth. It’s a very comfortable house in a nice quiet location in cul-de-sac so there were no outside noises. The beds were comfortable, we slept well, there was enough room to spread out for everyone. We loved the proximity to Woodstock and Quchee gorge. And getting to Hanover to campus was an easy 20 minute drive. Michael is a great host! Very responsive and helpful. Thank you !

My family and I truly enjoyed our time spent at the farmhouse. Everything was as expected from the listing. The pictures do not do justice for the property. It's beautiful and well maintained. The pool was nice, warm, and clean. There are yard games readily available and a nice fire pit area. Brin and Maria are super responsive and left very detailed instructions on the property for you. Everything you need is there minus food, which is a 12-minute drive towards a few different grocery stores. The hill is so fun to roll down, too! Thank you so much!

We loved our stay at David’s cottage. He is an incredibly responsive host. The location of the cottage is the perfect location between Woodstock and Killington. Would return again!

As advertised and super comfortable stay. Power was unfortunately out the first night because of weather but the host had a generator set up for us so we had power and lights. Super responsive and super accommodating. We would definitely revisit!

Great experience - perfect size for our group of 4 and super close to Okemo. Very clean and cozy.

The cottage is quaint and charming. The exposed ceiling beams and peg-and-blank flooring shows the history of the old school house turned into a home. A record player is available with a stack of vinyl classics to play was a nice touch. I will recommend the host update the pictures in the listing to reflect the changes that have been made. The wood stove in the living room has been removed and replaced with an oddly arranged cabinet and television. The bath has some upgrades. The kitchen is functional and handled the simple meals we prepared. The best part was the back deck facing the valley. We sat and watched the fog roll in, and enjoyed the sunshine. I would recommend this place to get away from things.

We had a great stay! The house was well-appointed and comfortable. We especially loved the covered porch and beautiful view. It was a great home base for exploring the area, including several nearby hiking trails, Woodstock and Quechee (about a half hour away), and Brattleboro (less than an hour away). Ab was a fantastic host. He was proactive with communication and even checked in with us to make sure we had power after some strong thunderstorms that had moved through the area.

Spend a long weekend with 2 other couples at The Brook House, we had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, just as described. The house was super clean and neat from top to bottom. Plus the bedding was comfy! The kichen and grill are a cooks delight! We enjoyed making meals on the grill and in the kitchen. The decor of the place was so cool, Jeff has great taste! Jeff was highly responsive to all of our inquires from the get go. Check in was simple, the instructions clear. I have to note the landscaping, it was so pretty. We spend much time sitting outside and enjoying the flower gardens and sound of the brook. We would definitely return and highly recommend this house!

Megan's place was beautiful! In the past we have spent several summers in Woodstock and this year we decided to try something different and we were so glad we did! While we were a 20-30 minute ride from Woodstock, we enjoyed the ride, seeing people on horses and bicycles making their way on the hilly, tree covered roads and seeing the beautiful farmland on either side of us. The yard is so pretty and each morning it looked a little different, depending on the weather so I was out there with my camera capturing as the fog lifted or as the large trees looked in the sun-filled sky. The house is very comfortable with two areas for sitting on couches and though we were only two people, with a dog, we enjoyed that we could each take a room for reading and then come together for a movie in the evening. The kitchen was well-stocked and we enjoyed our meals in the dining room using the wooden dining table. Communication with Megan and her husband was wonderful - they are great hosts! Enjoy.

This house wax absolutely wonderful. It’s designed to make the most of the views and to invite you to relax and enjoy the settings. My ever adventurous travel companions, who always want to go, go, go, decided to take a day relaxing and drinking in the scenery here, doing only a brief hike rather than their planned full day hike. I appreciated the wildflowers and open meadow. I saw bluebirds flitting around, which is always a pleasure. Overall, we give the house an 11 out of 10 rating. :-)

Exceptional experience! This is one of the relaxing place I have ever been! Large windows give you sense of experience living in nature. The stunning view gives you awesome feeling in any weather conditions.The house is nice, clean and equipped with pretty much everything. They have all the utensils for cooking and lots of toys for kids both indoor and outdoor. They also have paddles boat and kayak to use at anytime ! In addition, Brian is very respectful, responsible and quick to respond for any questions. All together Feel like you live in your own house. Great vacation spot without any doubt.

Every year we head to the Woodstock area for the Covered Bridges Half Marathon. This year we decided to stay north of the river and Barbara's place did NOT disappoint. Awesome that her place was dog friendly, as we brought our 12-year old mutt with us. The house is beautiful - recently done and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was great to cook in for me and my family, and there was a lot of space for us to hang out on the rainy days. Everything was great - super quiet at night - and well accommodated. I'm hoping we can stay there again next year!

The log cabin is very comfortable with great flow. Loved the sunroom and upstairs den. Heated floors in bathrooms and sunroom were great touches. Not conventional decor: maximally furnished with an interesting blend of western, contemporary abstract art and figurative paintings and knick- knacks. We thought it fun and loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! We would absolutely recommend staying here. The house worked well for myself, husband and 4 year old son. There were even a few toys he was able to play with, in addition to a large lawn and a stream near by! There are also very thoughtful touches with amenities to make traveling and staying somewhere more convenient and comfortable.

Beautiful place with a mountain view like no other! Much needed peace and quiet.. Very affordable and Judith is a wonderful host. Very responsive to my messages. I will definitely be looking for availability next time I'm in town! Thanks for being so accommodating!

What a cute place! This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. It was so relaxing on the back deck and being literally on top of the water was so cool. The inside has a great view of the water all around as well. Very cute inside and Mandi was a great host. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved staying here for our anniversary. It had everything we needed to unwind and relax. The views were beautiful from just about every spot on the property and every detail was included to make the stay feel more at home.

This house is immaculate! I don't know how they keep it so clean! Simply amazing. It's also spacious, fully equipped with everything you need, and in a lovely private location surrounded by trees. We loved taking walks down the hill to the adorable library, the covered bridge, Simon Pearce & The Whistle Pig. Thank you!
