The parking space in the underground garage is extremely convenient. Silence that is "disturbed" by cowbells and birdsong. An ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. The apartment is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We especially liked the personalized welcome board.

We were received in a super friendly manner and had a really nice contact with Karin and her husband the entire time. The apartment was great and met all expectations, you can take really nice excursions, on foot or by public transport or car and then enjoy the great view of the mountains on the balcony. The relaxing effect sets in so quickly that you can switch off perfectly. Thank you for this!!!

Lovely apartment only 20 minutes drive from Krimml waterfalls. Peaceful despite the position by the road. Friendly and helpful hosts. Hoping to stay again!

We've just left and would have liked to stay longer. Everything was suitable and good for us! Yes, the room is noisy, we knew it and brought earplugs! Yes, it was very warm, we left the door open and it was great because we had earplugs! The location is mega!!! View of the lake from the balcony, no matter that the street is in front of the balcony!!! It didn't bother us!!! Catarina and her father were super friendly and accommodating!!! Parking in front of the house, mountains and lake!!! Beds and kitchen fully ok, we were exhausted from hiking, we were satisfied with everything!!! Highly recommended!!!

This place is very beautiful! My family of 9 had a great stay. Love the kitchen and living room area, especially the garden. Host welcomed us in person and gave travel advices around. Walkable to supermarket and we made our breakfast, beautiful place highly recommended for big families:)

We had a lovely stay at Heike’s beautiful home. The space has everything you need for a comfortable, complete stay - fully stocked kitchen (including cooking oil etc), desks for working, washing machine with detergent. We were able to park our car in front of their home, and it was an easy 25 minute drive to downtown Innsbruck. The surrounding mountains are stunning and the neighborhood is peaceful, so you can get a restful sleep after a full day of exploring Tirol. Highly recommend!

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

We felt very comfortable at the place. The layout of the rooms including the many bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen had top equipment and nothing was really missing. The tables in the dining room and on the terrace are generously large, so you could spread out well. We felt very comfortable in the AirBnB at all times.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful spacious house of Eliska in Fügen with 3 generations. The rooms, both living area and kitchen, as well as the bedrooms are generously proportioned and lovingly furnished. There are numerous excursion destinations and hiking trails in the area. Eliska was very friendly and accommodating and gave us good recommendations.

This place is stunning and accommodated our group of 8 with ease. We all absolutely loved it here. The views from the verandah are picture perfert with plenty to do in the nearby area. Be aware there is a washing machine and dryer fee. The house itself so warm and immaculately clean. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, there was everything you needed in terms of kitchen utensils. The village shop and village cafe are a 2-minute walk away. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

We enjoyed our 3 days in this beautiful attic apartment! The apartment is very easy to reach, but still quiet and close to nature. It is large and bright, modern and functional and sparkling clean! We felt very comfortable right away. Harry is a very proactive and friendly host, contacts and check-in were straightforward. We will be happy to come back, thank you!

We stayed at the property for a week. All was just perfect. The apartment is well equipped, there was nothing missing. When our daughter surprisingly wanted to stay overnight, that was no problem at all. We were completely satisfied with everything. A small supermarket and a bakery can be reached on foot. We would book the place again in a heartbeat.

The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of fresh and high-quality options, with plenty of healthy and delicious choices. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel’s spa area was a highlight—beautifully designed, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation.

Beautiful, quiet apartment in a great location. Communication with Alice was super pleasant and straightforward. The accommodation lacked nothing (on the contrary: many things of daily use are already available) and the view from the garden is breathtaking. Perfectly located for excursions in the area (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar hike to Scharnitz, Lautersee... - all can be started directly from the accommodation). Public transport to Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Innsbruck is also within walking distance. I would be happy to come back.
