We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool – in the rather bad weather, it was just the thing to still create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile crib, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. Due to the size of the sauna, several people can relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we couldn't really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

An absolutely perfect stay! The vacation rental was lovingly and completely furnished down to the smallest detail – we didn't miss anything. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, very communicative and always quickly accessible. You felt immediately welcome. We were particularly impressed by the wonderful location: The view was simply breathtaking – whether in the morning with coffee or in the evening at sunset, a real highlight. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

We had a wonderful stay! Located in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to take advantage of many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is furnished to a high standard, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable right from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

We stayed there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply furnished for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. You can linger and have conversations at the kitchen table. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. Thank you very much, dear Sasa!

The stay was just great! We immediately felt at home in the family atmosphere! The apartment was perfect for our needs. But the service and openness of the hosts was outstanding. There is also a large garden with chickens! 🐓

We felt super comfortable. Top amenities😍😍😍! The outdoor pool and the wellness area were the icing on the cake. There was nothing missing. Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

The apartment was clean and newly renovated, well equipped and you immediately felt comfortable. The host was totally nice and helpful, everything went smoothly. Even a welcome pack for dog and human! However, if you are looking for a really quiet stay, you should know that the apartment is located directly in the village on a thoroughfare and next to a hotel and there are several apartments in the house. Absolutely great for a central stay and starting point for hikes!

We were immediately thrilled at the entrance to the village and at the first sight of the beautiful panorama & remained so until the end! The mountains and lake are simply magnificent and beautiful here. The apartment has a great kitchen and a great bathroom, everything as described! The balcony also offers plenty of space, but there is sometimes a lot of traffic on the street, which can make it a little louder. The associated terrace with garden offers plenty of space and we have always found a sunny or shady spot. It was a pity for us that a high chair was listed in the amenities, which unfortunately did not exist. But Antje immediately offered that we could get one at her expense. We didn't want to take the time for that, but it was still a nice gesture. Communication with Antje was always very straightforward, friendly and reliable :) A great vacation!!

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) vacationed together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicole's, especially the fantastic location! The house is beautiful and exceptional. Ideal for ski holidays. Middle station within walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

The stay at Alfred and Astrid's place was fantastic. Alfred was particularly friendly and took the time to explain how everything works. The apartment was really above expectations. Super clean and the kitchen was very complete and has a luxurious spacious fridge with ice maker. The apartment has 3 large TVs with a Netflix subscription on each TV. Both a German, a Dutch and an Italian version. No hassle with your own login. There was a fine and fast internet connection of 150 mbit. Very nice. We also enjoyed the beautiful bathroom with luxury hot tub and the lovely rain shower. The apartment is in a quiet place about 6 min drive from a shopping center and it is a 5 min drive to the ski slope of Reith im Alpbachtal and only 10 min drive to the large ski resort in the Alpbachtal. We will definitely come back here again!

Was a perfect place to start our Austria vacation. Was great to stay in the apartment with kitchen so we could cook for ourselves after long days of skiing. And the spa areas were a great way to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

The vacation in the accommodation Bergliebe was great! Claudia gave very proactive tips on hikes and day trips and the accommodation corresponded exactly to the pictures, modern and clean. The kitchen had everything you needed for a week, incl. Coffee machine. Overall, the location and accommodation were very quiet and with a wonderful view of the sunset in the mountains. Would recommend it at any time!

We had a great time with the whole family and our dog! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The location of the accommodation is great with a wide view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. A real feel-good place!

We stayed with our 1.5-year-old daughter for 10 days in the accommodation. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was super described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why we fortunately did not have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the vacation we urgently needed. We spent a wonderful few days as a family with adult sons and dog in this cozy cabin. Everything you need is available. Diana gives helpful tips for the area and is always available. We didn't miss anything and we can only recommend the cabin and the landlady.

Ulrike is one of the greatest hosts I have ever met She is kind, caring and always available. During our stay, our baby faced some health issues. Ulrike helped us out a lot in finding a doctor in the area, even called for us to book an appointment. She has been nothing but great during the whole stay Also, her partner made us feel special as he asked without meeting each other how the baby was going - showing how much they care about the people staying at their place The surroundings are great. Lovely apartment only 20 minutes drive from Krimml waterfalls. Peaceful despite the position by the road. Friendly and helpful hosts. Hoping to stay again!
