The farmhouse is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and has a peaceful environment. In the old part, visible timber walls. Several of the rooms overlook the lake. The house is 130 sqm; kitchen, bathroom with heated floor and nice shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for children in summer. At the lake, there is a wood-fired sauna to rent and a rowing boat to borrow. Bed sheets & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cottage for 2 is also available for rent.

Close to both the city center, restaurants, sea swimming and cliffs. Possibility for an additional bed (4th guest bed). Newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and toilet. Washing machine available. Large balcony with day and evening sun. 50 meters to the boat Ådalen III, which runs day and evening tours in the summer to Höga Kustenbron with buffet and troubadour.

Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live in a cottage area. It is close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , fiber Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Skuleskogens National Park is half an hour away, one of Sweden's finest and coolest national parks. There is also a very nice hiking trail right by the property to the mountain top with mighty views.
