Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Cozy apartment in central Härnösand, the apartment is very open with good views, evening sun, large windows and also a balcony. The apartment has a kitchen, bedroom, living room, there is also a washing machine if it should be borrowed. Towels are available to borrow, the bed is made with clean linens when you arrive. When you leave the apartment, I would like it to look like when you arrived, make the beds with new linens and put out clean towels.

Smoking is not allowed. Distances: High coast bridge 10 km, Kramfors center 11 km, Pizzeria & grill 400 m, boat harbor and bathing place 700m. You can find more than 30 nature reserves in Kramfors municipality, being Skuleberget the top of them.

Här bor du bara ett stenkast från havet, med tillgång till en liten strand (delas med värden) där du kan starta dagen med ett morgondopp eller njuta av kvällssolen i stillhet. Två roddbåtar (med flytvästar att låna) finns att tillgå. Vill ni även pröva fiskelyckan finns det fiskegrejer att låna. Kolgrill finns på altanen.
